House was just as described great area very quiet. Boat ramp was in great shape and was very easy to launch from and is a very short ride to the bay. Was very happy with the stay.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

We absolutely loved staying at Meredith’s place as we were in PCB celebrating my brother’s wedding! It was very central to the beach and shops, and accommodated our large group. I loved that each of the four bedrooms had a king bed, which was a huge plus for our group, and the extra details for kids like a high chair, packnplay & kids plates/cups. Everything was updated and new & there were coffee pods, dishwasher pods and washing machine pods included. Also loved that there was Tupperware which helped with the little ones on day trips. Meredith was very responsive and even flexible with a last minute travel change we had. Overall loved our time and already hope to be back soon!

This is a must book when traveling to PCB! Conveniently located along the strip and has everything you need to enjoy a few days or a week! Definitely felt like a home away from our home!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

This Airbnb was such an awesome place to stay at! The rooms were so nice, comfy, & clean. They had everything you needed in the kitchen & fun games in the living room. The murals on the wall were absolutely gorgeous & added a unique touch to the place. I would definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Her unit was exactly as pictured, and the views from the terrace… Priceless!!! We are already making plans to schedule for next year. This by far is one of my favorite Airbnb rentals.

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

This place was perfect for our week stay. We were able to bring our dog and took her walking every morning to the cutest cafe called Thomas Donuts. We took a day to visit some unique local shops named Pieces of the Beach and The Treasure Box. The beach was so close we could pack everything we needed and walk on over. After a long day on the beach we had everything we needed to cook us some dinner and spend a night around the fire pit making s’more’s while listening to the waves. Once our day was done we got a good nights sleep on the comfiest bed!

Location was absolutely beautiful overlooking the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My group and I had a blast. Will definitely check out this property again. Loved that we were right inside of Baytown Wharf. It was easy to find things to do within walking distance. There is a great little green space off the third floor by the pool for your dog to go potty if you bring one. We appreciated that our were able to bring our furry friend. Loved sitting on the balcony in the AM and enjoying the fresh air while we sipped our coffee. We would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic stay. Perfect location for my Ironman race. Place was exactly as described. Had everything needed. Quiet as well.

Settled right in. Kids walked the nature trail directly in the yard access 4 times. Takes about 15 mins each. Firepit was a great center piece and the family gathered around it. Plenty of sports and games to keep the kids away from technology. Had a great time and would love to spend another weekend away there.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the “Lil Bear cabin” as it was quiet and peaceful and they supplied everything needed. Would definitely book again!

Better than described. Large wooded lot right on the lake with a dock to hang out on. Lots of space. Large rooms. Feels much more remote than it is. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

Cute little rv/cottage that is perfect if you have a dog.
