Ben’s place was perfect! Modern, comfortable, VERY clean - - we had everything we needed! Ben checked in with us at least twice a day (via app/email) to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! I’ve stayed in A lOT of air bnbs and I have never had anyone come close to how excellent Ben was at communicating and providing such a clean and comfortable stay. I’m pretty picky - and I have NEVER written a review - this is the first air bnb place and host that met all of my expectations. Thank you Ben! (I had sent A LOT of communications/requests that Ben responded to quickly. He accommodated all of my requests and was so polite with the barrage of requests I sent. I’m not always the easiest person to work with/please - - Ben went above and beyond!)

Every bit as fun and delightful as described on the site and in photos! This was an ideal location in which to host our annual mother-daughter shopping trip. We had women aged 16 through 83 years, and all had a wonderful time (Note: Guests must be able to walk up a steep flight of stairs to access the unit). Host was amazingly responsive and super easy to communicate- even reaching out to us proactively ahead of check in. If if you are looking for a fun and playful place to stay, definitely give this one to try. We will be back for certain!!!

We enjoyed staying in Samantha’s home for the week while we worked. We recommend this home if you are in the area for a great price!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Samantha’s hose. It was the perfect location and slept us all very comfortably!

Amazing place to stay within walking distance to downtown lake Geneva! Space was very clean with plenty of amenities to feel right at home. I highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend for a girls trip/bachelorette trip! It was just far enough from the main strip to be quiet, but also a just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with almost all of our cooking necessities. Overall, it was a great stay!

These suites are in great location, they were clean and spacious as well. Samantha was very quick to respond to questions ahead of our travel too.

Great location to enjoy all the fun of this resort town. Just be aware that it means there are voices coming from the beer garden outside the windows in the evening and delivery trucks in the morning. The host stocks ear plugs for light sleepers though. It’s a great place to stay to have a bar crawl through town!

The place looks just as it does in the pictures which was a huge plus! The place felt like a cottage! The host was responsive and quite helpful. I would not mind staying there again.

What a wonderful space to have a cozy vacation. All was as described and exceeded expectations. Loved being able to walk to the resort or the lake!

Always enjoy our stay at the upper half loft! Such a beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could need as a guest—the coffee machines are amazing, they have chargers in the bedrooms and the location is very walkable to downtown. We have stayed twice and will be back-

We had a great time and Jackie was very responsive to help with any questions or concerns. It’s a little further from clubhouse, pool and beach but having the golf cart was clutch. We would stay there again! Thanks Jackie!

My family stayed at Ruth’s place for two weeks and we felt right at home. The place was clean, smelled great and was supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and towels/linens. Miss Ruth even took it upon herself to offer new linens and towels at our preference, which was extremely appreciated!! The bathroom is equipped with mood lighting and really set the mood for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent stay, truly exceeded our expectations. We were satisfied with the accommodations and will look to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much Ruth!!

Very nice place to stay. Has a lot of fun games. the hot tub was good. Kitchenette has a hot plate, electric skillet, toaster oven and blender so you can cook simple foods
