Lorraine was a great host and communicated proactively about scheduled maintenance for the unit. Wanaka is an amazing town, and the place was very spacious!

Townhouse was a great place to stay for our visit to Wanaka. Unit has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk across the carpark to great coffee and pastries from Pembroke Patisserie and Albies Tavern.

Incredible airbnb, I would absolutely stay here again. Private home tucked away in a beautiful landscape. Home was clean, had all the useful appliances, wonderful shower + kitchen. Bed was comfortable, wifi was fast. You have your own entrance and parking area. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly. There are donkeys on the adjacent property area that you can feed which was the highlight. The gym and sauna are underneath the airbnb listing but we were so active in town that we did not end up using them. Short drive to town for restaurants. Highly recommend, perfect for 2 people.

Dean’s place was very comfortable and clean. It is less than 10minutes away from Lake Wānaka, so is extremely convenient. Perfect for a big family.

We stayed here for over a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It's tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, yet just a 5-minute walk to downtown Wanaka and the lake. It felt very private and peaceful, with no traffic noise, just the sound of the little stream/brook, which we could see and hear from both the bedroom window and the living room balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked nearly every night. Elizabeth, our host, was incredibly responsive and helped us sort out a minor internet issue right away. We also really appreciated the hospitality—Mike, our local point of contact, even lent us hiking poles for some nearby trails. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful spot. Would absolutely return!

Great space, not too far of a walk into town but just far enough where it felt quiet and private. Perfect for our group of 5. Paul was friendly, very responsive and accommodating!

We needed a quiet place to return to each night & Pia’s place was secluded & tranquil. The mountain backdrop is spectacular & it was extremely comfortable & well appointed. We had to go back & forth to Luggate & Pia’s Place had great access & simply enabled us to enjoy Wanaka for meals & be with friends in Luggate. It was so pristinely clean & the sun & garden patch was a welcome retreat. Thank you P & D

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great spot if you want to stay just outside of Wanaka. The space is cozy and comfortable. We didn’t make use of the bikes as we should have, we didn’t know just how amazing the local trail loop is until we stayed in Wānaka a few days later and rented bikes (the trail is especially beautiful as you come around lake wanaka), so be sure to take advantage of doing the loop with the bikes while staying here. Jill was very kind and offered eggs from her coop as well as tomatoes from her garden, both very delicious. Highly recommend doing the river jet boat w/the company that is 45 minutes away (spectacular views on the way there) Jill can provide the co name. I’d recommend also seeing the “blue pools” that are close to the jet boat tour.

Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

I absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for a couple nights stay. The bed was extra comfortable! My only complaint was that it gets pretty warm without an air conditioner (visited during summer/fall months), but definitely cools down at night. Would absolutely recommend!

Hele fijne overnachting gehad in Wanaka! Het appartement was compleet, inclusief keuken. Het uitzicht was prachtig vanaf het balkon. Voldoende parkeermogelijkheden bij het appartement. Eenvoudige check-in met sleutelkastje. Ik kon eerder inchecken, en Bella reageerde direct op berichten. Ik kom hier zeker terug als ik Wanaka nog eens bezoek!

We had a great stay at Gideon’s place. Very homely with great views, kitchen is well stocked, and the place is close to town (with a pretty decent decline/incline but we still managed to do it with a pram). There is a nice coffee truck about 10min walk and a children’s park nearby. We felt right at home and would stay again. Thanks Gideon

We loved our stay and only wish it could have been longer. The views are amazing and the facilities were exactly what we needed. It was an easy drive to the locations we wanted to visit. Judy is also a great host and we appreciated her flexibility. It made all the difference on our road trip holiday. We will definitely stay again!

A beautiful modern apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location. Loved all the trimmings. The most comfortable bedding. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for a fantastic stay in Wanaka.

Lovely place in a great location. Close walk to the hotel and a minute drive to ski field entrance. Lovely furnishings in the home and well equipped kitchen. The temperature did drop one night, even in summer. It would be good if heaters could be provided all year around. Our daughter woke cold in the night.

We had a great stay at Tish's place. The studio has everything you need and was clean & tidy when we arrived. We only stayed one night but loved the location and proximity to the Cardrona Hotel as we were there for a birthday dinner. The pool area is great and we were happy to make use of it on a nice sunny day. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Julie was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent communication, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This place is right on the edge of the lake, just a stones-throw to town. The outlook is stunning, the accommodation is so cozy and homely - it was like living in something from a magazine.

easy to communicate with, we're meant to arrive earlier and park the car before check in, but ran late so let them know and they informed us we had been upgraded to a 2 bed place for free! we had heaps of space and we ended up getting our own rooms instead of sharing a bed! the pool and hot tub were conveniently located and we had perfect weather for it. would 100% stay again! thank you!
