Leytonstone, Waltham Forest is a lovely, quiet, accessible area and great base to explore London from, perfect for friends or family. Excellently located next to Wanstead Flats as well as local foodie hotspots. 3 mins walk to the Overground (Suffragette Line), 10 mins to Leytonstone Underground station (Central Line) Myself and 10 year old daughter live here, we rent our home when we're away.
