This was a great Airbnb. 7 of us stayed here comfortably (4 adults, 3 kids). The instructions to get into the parking lot, into the building & into our rental itself were clear step-by-step and included pictures. So helpful. The apartment was so clean. The bathrooms smelled of bleach and had clearly been well cleaned. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. The huge windows and beautiful view of the city was a major bonus. This apt felt very safe, inside a secure building with staff at the front desk. This apt is so close to Grant Park, tons of restaurants and a very short Uber to the museum campus as well. Plus, Target like 1-2 blocks away in case you need anything! Overall, we had a great stay & this Airbnb is definitely a great find. The only (very small) complaint we had is maybe not quite enough towels. We had to reuse 2 for the kids. Some additional ‘extra’ blankets/throws would be nice also, as we always seem to be a little chilly in rentals.

This was an amazing experience. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. The room was as advertised and the location was more than ideal. I will be booking future visits with this host.

This listing was very safe, clean, and peaceful. The elevator was in working order during my month-long stay, and the stairs work just fine. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. There unfortunately was a lot of static cling in the bedding, so I needed to re-wash and dry them with my own dryer sheets to remove the discomfort of electric shock. The kitchen had everything I needed with additional pots, plates, and utensils. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer and walk-in closet area, which was sufficient for my needs. The neighborhood is quiet, and the walls/floors are thick and sound proof. The label on the lock pad has worn off, so finding the key was a little bit confusing at first. But I was able to figure it out using the photos provided. I was very grateful for the free street parking—I always found a spot within a 2 block radius! I would 100% book this listing again.

Pros: Amazing location! Easy to find free street parking 🤩 Comfortable bed! Cons: Bring earplugs or sound machine. The hallway can get loud with dogs barking, people talking and doors slamming. We would totally stay again!

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!

I have stayed at one of Briana’s places numerous times. They never disappoint. She is a great host and always responsive if I ever need anything. This condo is very clean quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay if you visit your daughter or son at Northwestern. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, walkable distance from commodities. This was our first time renting an Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great home, conveniently located in the Geneva/St Charles area. The home is spacious, with upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an extended stay for our adult family. There is also a finished walk out basement area with a nice gathering or play area for families with small children. The host Stephanie was very responsive and considerate to our unique needs, and check in and check out instructions were simple. The house is everything as listed and described, it was a good home base for us visiting family in the Fox Valley area over the holidays. Highly recommend this house and Stephanie as a host. We would stay here again.

The listing was very spacious and easily allowed for our bigger group to spread out and enjoy amenities like the ping pong table, darts and the hot tub. The area is very convenient to walk to the store or restaurants. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. A great value and fun place to stay!
