This has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. There’s plenty to entertain the kids, the yard is beautiful, the island can seat like 10 people 😂 love it here

The shower is non slip. There are hangers in the closets. The beds are comfy. Everything is odor-free. There's an outdoor fire pit. The neighbors are pleasant. Everything works. A+

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so sweet and considerate, the area was nice and quiet, and the space was so nostalgic and cozy. We definitely recommend staying at Pecan Place, 100%

Very nice home, we really enjoyed our time there, it was very convenient for our plans. Our only criticism is only one bathroom for three women getting ready for a wedding. That’s probably more about us than the house. But great otherwise.

We needed a place to stay while we prepared for our oldest daughters wedding. It was relaxing and clean. There were 8 of us staying there. The bathroom linen supply was ample. The view of the river was excellent. There was plenty of street parking close to the house. Would highly reccomend to anyone with a large group.

We came up to stay for my son’s archery tournament. It was a very nice home in a very quiet area. Check in and out was a breeze.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

If you are staying on a work trip or just for relaxation, this is the place for you. From the first time you step in you to the last day you feel right at home. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. working and staying in Airbnbs. This place is by far the best because of not only the accommodations but the host. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I cannot recommend these host enough!!

Logan was very responsive. Pictures were exactly as shown. Limited parking was the only downside.

We enjoyed our stay at Dewey's Boutique Apartments. Yvonne was a great host!! Very friendly!! We were the first ones to stay in this particular unit..everything was so fresh and brand new!! There was still a little bit of construction going on in the building but the people doing the work were very polite and respectful. I've worked in construction on and off for 23 years and I have NEVER heard people be so quiet with power tools!! Overall...amazing people!!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

What a beautiful home and wow did we love it! So lovely, creative and clean clean clean! They also did such a beautiful job decorating for the holidays it made us feel so at home. We loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops. We loved how it was close to everything. The neighbors were so nice as well. Nick and Brett were just the perfect hosts and made our stay worth every penny. We would recommend this beautiful house with the highest thumbs up.

Great alternative to nearby small hotels with more character and space, walking distance to river walk and to coffee shops, downtown restaurants…this is an older home and the Airbnb is up a flight of stairs (which we preferred, not for everyone).
