Only 1 km from the Village with many restaurants, shopping and activities. Enjoy a short trip to the Scandinavia Spa or many close by beaches. The Beach/Ski Loft is located in the West end of Wasaga Beach. We are 12 km from downtown Collingwood and 21 km (25 minute drive) from Blue Mountain Village. We are a 5-7 minute walk or short bike ride to a quiet family friendly beach. The newly renovated loft is independent of the main house, an above garage apartment. It features cathedral ceilings finished in pine and a modern bathroom. The treed neighborhood is quiet and serene. Perfect for a couple, or two adults with 1 child.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
