This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive and yet we felt like we were out in the country. The goats provided loads of entertainment!! The soap and cheese were wonderful! It was like going to your grandmother's house!!

We had an incredible Christmas at the caboose farm. The place was just right for our family and Colby was more than responsive and helpful. We are so thankful that we had access to the rec center, which was a great overflow place for our large group where we played reindeer games and watched movies and had all the fun. We also have beautiful pictures to keep for years to come of this special memory and beautiful time together with our family. Thank you so much for helping to make our Christmas special!!

We had a great time and the check in process was seamless. Keith was proactive and very responsive.

House was awesome for a large group and the kitchen was amazingly stocked! It snowed on our stay and Joann made sure the road got shoveled, was such a great host and the house was a perfect retreat

This is our fifth time staying at the Caboose House. Colby is always great and checks in along the way. We have never had an issue which is great. The character of the house and property is hard to duplicate. Amazing. Thank you for the upgrades to the property. My wife was pleased to see some of the new amenities and the upgraded tv was a nice touch. We look forward to more stays in the future.

Colby's place was very adequate and we enjoyed a lovely family time. Because it was rainy, we were mostly indoors, but there was room for everyone! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there!

We've been coming to Fox Haven for 10 years; it's become a winter tradition for our family and friends. It's the perfect setting for communal meals and fireside conversations, not to mention plenty of space for kids to run rampant. JoAnn is always helpful, and Randy was great in answering our questions and restocking our firewood (it was freezing this weekend!). We can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay at. Me and my grooms stayed for the night before my wedding and it was very accomudating for 7 of us. Brent was very responsive and we asked to check out at a later time with no trouble at all will def stay here again.

WOW! What an amazing air bnb and property! Dawn was a great host and very attentive to our needs and great to talk with. We had dogs with us and were able to use the trails around the property to run them. I cannot wait to come back!

Our group of 9 had a great stay at Katie's place! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we appreciated the family friendly amenities like a highchair and pack n play. The older kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and the little hideaway "tent" bed in the primary bedroom was adorable for our three year old. The basement bedroom was perfect for the toddler in our group who needed a dark/quiet place to sleep and would also be great for a teen looking for more privacy. The hot tub was clean and the view from the deck is even better in person. Kitchen was well laid out and had plenty of pots and pans. Cooking oils/spices/bathroom toiletries are not provided but not a huge deal as this was well communicated ahead of our stay. Katie and the property manager were both extremely responsive and helpful. We were really thankful that Katie went the extra mile to find something we had left behind and mail it to us. Hope to stay at Katie's property again soon!

Donna was present upon arrival with a warm friendly greeting and was accommodating to our needs. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to hike per our request. The room was very large and clean with a pristine full private bathroom. There was a nice size mini fridge and microwave in the walk-in closet space which was much appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the temperature control was perfect. The peaceful, remote surroundings were just what we needed to relax and yet only 5 mins to town. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Chris and Emily's place was perfect for a mother/daughter retreat weekend. The sunset on the first night was spectacular! The location is peaceful, and the house spotless. They did an amazing job renovating the house, and have included so many personal touches, from the robes for after a hot-tub soak, to the well-stocked coffee bar, and (my personal favorite) the window seat in the living room for my morning coffee and reading time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the master bathroom absoutely gorgeous! Even the smaller bath in the second bedroom was equipped with heated floors. Very nice. Highly recommend Chris and Emily's place. We loved it!

Heather’s place was beautiful and welcoming. The location is stellar! It was clean and welcoming and we felt right at home! I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

This was my second time staying at Carey's place, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. (I wondered - will it be as good as I remembered? And it was!) This place is one of my favorite Airbnb's. It's a great choice, especially if you are planning on staying at the house for most of the visit. It is the best-stocked kitchen I've experienced, the house is cozy and expertly decorated, and the property has so much charm. Already planning for the third year :)

Jeff + Amanda are wonderful hosts. They were promptly responsive to our questions and only a quick drive away from their adorable in-town shop. Per their recommendation, my girlfriend and I had a romantic, delicious dinner at Lot 12 - easily the best meal we've shared together all year. This is the perfect weekend getaway spot with so much nature availability and just enough unique shops in town to make an entire today of putzing around.

We had the best weekend at Tom and Walt’s place. The setting is quiet and beautiful. The house has been lovingly restored. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely return!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our Easter. Chris and his team were responsive and beyond friendly. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and were absolutely blown away by the view. This property truly feels like a little piece of heaven and we feel so blessed we were able to experience it together. We can look back on this weekend and remember a proposal under the stars, which felt like an absolute dream. We wouldn’t have wanted to have our special moment anywhere else. We look forward to hopefully planning our wedding in this very same spot in 2026! Thank you so much for having us! ❤️

A perfect spot to enjoy life as is. Beautiful yard, lovely antiques, colorful and cozy. Everything was here for our family getaway…the sunsets with the cows, the expansive green for my kiddos to run and play safely, the kitchen with more than enough… it was a delight! So close to so much yet you feel completely removed from worries and work. Felt at home and at peace.

We have visited Berkeley Springs before. Always a nice getaway!

Every bit of attention to detail has been paid. The farm is breathtakingly beautiful, calm, and so easy to get to! We went to a local vineyard and ventured into Frederick— all lively drives and less than 20 minute drive. All dishes, cookware, and necessities were amply available. The beds were comfortable, the sheets felt amazing, the towels were soft and the fire pit was an absolute delight. Thank you for such an amazing trip!

Amazing accommodations! Very well kept nearly 300 year old vintage colonial resting on several acres nestled back within the landscape where wild deer feel free to wander the estate just minutes from historical Harpers Ferry, Martinsburg, and other famous landmarks as well as a Vegas style casino (Hollywood). This is a must visit for anyone coming to the area for a short trip or an extended stay!

We were in town for a family gathering. We really appreciated the location, which was so peaceful and relaxing after 2 very hectic days! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a true gem. My family of 4 loves to stay here. It was extremely clean and welcoming when we got here. It has lots to offer. Joe is extremely responsive and always ready to help! It is such a peaceful, cozy, beautiful, amazing place to stay! I didn’t want to leave!:)
