Everything was great! Fridge was new!! Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was crystal clear and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 women using a few air mattresses. Walk to beach. Not really. We dropped our stuff off at Kelly beach. And got and Uber back to the beach! That wasn’t so bad. Beach is really rocky but beautiful and full of shells. All and all we loved the yard and the open space. Very responsive. We had a broken chair was replaced the next day with 4 new ones. From a really nice macitence guy! Thank you

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect and very private, providing a peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed using the hot tub. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Monique

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Riverrun Farm. The house was spacious and well appointed, with easy access to both nature and nearby towns. Glenn was a great host: flexible, very responsive, and came by to show us around the property and introduce us to the animals. I'd be happy to stay with Glenn again.

We rented this house for our family of 6 to attend a wedding at Ocean House. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us. Loved the quiet wooded back yard. Even saw a deer one morning! Would definitely rent again!!
