There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

This was a lovely house and easily walkable to other parts of the borough of Stonington and Stonington Point. The suite was spacious and private. I liked that there was both a full bath downstairs with a shower and also a half bath upstairs in the bedroom. The hosts struck me as very thoughtful and took extra steps to accommodate requests I made. They were willing to chit-chat when our paths crossed, but also happy to let me retreat into the suite or run out the door trying to arrive in time for an event.

Amazing vacation spot. Margaret and Mark are perfect hosts—super helpful and great communicators. Beautiful spot, gorgeous landscaping, and very cute (and super clean) apartment. Great access to beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return!

My wife and I and our two adult sons really enjoyed our stay. Alisa is a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. We had the entire 2nd floor for ourselves, the front porch and the yard. Incredible deal and easy 3-minute walk down the street to the main village area but far enough away to be quite. We will return.

Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

Me and a few friends spent the night here for our weekend trip to RI. It was awesome, cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. We made burgers on the grill and had a fire in the fire pit. Overall a great experience and I enjoyed how nice Camila was. Would recommend!

Perfect Airbnb experience. The place was amazing - comfortable, peaceful, easy to get too and a perfect location close to the URI campus making parents weekend an absolute breeze. We felt like we were on vacation and had a much better stay than other parents did at nearby hotels. We’ll be back for sure!

We decided last minute to go on a weekend trip in the countryside in Rhode Island with our young son and dog. Matt’s place is perfectly located, spacious, and beautiful. Sorally's space went beyond all expectations. She was a lovely host, friendly, and very responsive to messaging. The smell when entering the apartment was fragrant and inviting. The apartment itself was charming and the couches were super comfortable. The grill was easy to use and she even left us a basket full of snacks too! Highly recommended space and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic week at Shelagh’s home. Having the beach so close by was such a nice amenity. Shelagh was so friendly and helpful giving us ideas for local spots to visit. We enjoyed a show at the theatre by the sea, that was steps to the house. All in all you won’t be disappointed with booking this Airbnb. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! The location is terrific, quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes drive to Belmont Market and 10 ish minutes walk to Whaler's brewery. The place was well stocked, clean and cozy.

Our stay at Judie’s sweet suite was amazing! She was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations of restaurants. It was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway.

Fran was fantastic. Very friendly. Went out of her way to say hello and to talk with me and my kids. Remembered conversations and revisited later. Like talking to an old acquaintance! Very responsive with any questions asked. Stayed here twice! Would highly recommend!

Overall, great stay! Charles was very responsive and friendly with messages. He even offered flexible check-in and check-out without us inquiring, which was quite nice. Pictures are accurate of the listing, however the layout is a little interesting. You walk through the bedroom with the two beds to get to the living room and main bedroom. My only negative feedback was there were quite a few bugs/cobwebs in many of the corners and the window A/C units need some cleaning because they seem a little moist/dirty. I would say it’s a good value with great proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed here instead of a hotel to have more privacy and quiet moments. It was easy to find and easy parking. Would recommend to anyone who requires something with some privacy better than a hotel room.
