Patti was an outstanding host—always proactive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal for our visit to the Round Top Winter Show. I wholeheartedly recommend this house and will certainly choose The Cotton Gin Inn for our future stays!

Kristina was very accommodating with our last minute check in due to recent power outages. We easily found the place and enjoyed walking around the grounds. The hammocks look like the perfect place for a relaxing nap. We saw a few cardinals near the creek and lots of beautiful plants everywhere. The AC worked perfectly and the mini fridges fit quite a lot. The beds were comfy and they have plenty of amenities along with appliances in the shared kitchen in addition to various items in the kitchenettes. We're already looking forward to another stay as we really like the location since it's close to Round Top, Brenham/Chappell Hill area and Saddlehorn Winery.

David’s place sits in an idyllic location that’s peaceful & private. The home is immaculately built with impeccable design features. The beds are super comfy and the main living space is ideal for relaxing with family. Lots to explore on the property with the 4x4. We also thoroughly enjoyed our pup greeters - Gracie & Maxwell. David was very responsive when it came to our Q’s or an issue we had during our stay. Highly recommend his home. We’ll be back next year for our antiquing adventures!

Great spot! Visited by deer, ducks, chickens, and cats as we spent a lost afternoon lakeside.

Very beautiful and charming cottage. Beautifully decorated, large private porch with rocking chairs. It had everything that we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

Really fun place to stay! Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of fun activity options just around the property. Saw at least 7 cardinals while we were sitting outside. Out in the country. It was really nice to have the extra half bath.
