Great place with great host !

Christine's place is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is easy to find with parking. We enjoyed the area as well as lovely mornings and sunsets on the deck. The bathrooms/showers are great. Big closet and dressing area. The bedroom is spacious. She has quite a selection of books and puzzles and games. We would stay here again.

Well appointed property in a quite walkable neighborhood. A short 5 minute drive to downtown New Bern.

Absolutely love this house and where it’s located! Close enough to still doordash or get somewhere relatively quick but far enough to feel safe and peaceful in a nice little neighborhood. I can see myself definitely returning to stay in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending the weekend in this darling little cottage nestled right in the heart of downtown New Bern. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly sized for a weekend getaway. We started our morning with breakfast at Baker’s, which is highly recommend! During the day, we explored the beautifully maintained Tryon Palace and its stunning gardens, then hopped on bikes and made our way to Brewery 99 for a laid-back afternoon. We also spent time at Martin Marietta Park, enjoying the peaceful trails and scenic views. Every activity was easily accessible, making the location ideal for anyone looking to soak in all that New Bern has to offer. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for charm, convenience, and a truly memorable stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this home and location! Every living and sleeping area was warm, welcoming, cozy and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and that’s saying a lot for Princess and the Pea here! The coffee table, the front porch with its dolphin swing and glider were my favorite things!! I loved sitting on the front porch watching the sun rise over the water. Everything was modern and clean and had everything we needed for the week. The view was beautiful with a much closer water view than I expected. It was just a peaceful and lovely place to spend a week. Adrianna was wonderful! I like thrift stores and she went to the trouble of finding me some. She also suggested many things to do and places to eat. We made our plans on short notice and had never been to the area so her suggestions saved us a lot of time! We did several of the things she suggested and we loved everything we did and saw! 100 out of 100!!!

The family met at Jim’s place to celebrate an early Christmas together. There was room for all of us. The kitchen contained all the necessary essentials. The town of Washington provided excellent choices for a dinner or two. I don’t doubt my choice in choosing Jim’s airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay! The view of the marina was beautiful, and the area was so peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean and well-maintained. I loved the location and would definitely stay again!
