Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

The Sumner House is a great place to stay, it has been completely re-modeled and has a great feel, open yet cozy and I love the porch!! There is one bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower a beautiful new kitchen, a sitting room/parlor and the living room.

We are not far off of the highway that gives us that secluded place without having to go far off of the pavement. The Barn is an actual barn that we renovated to function as a ministry center and to be a "home away from home for those who are traveling through".
