We had a wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as described, it has a great location and walkable to downtown. Just remember that the garage is small and tight to get in and out so make sure you have a small car. I had trouble even with my Corolla. Street parking is not an option.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean for our family. There was a nice park close by for the kids to play. Would definitely consider staying again.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I love the huge windows in the main area with views of Ann Arbor. The location is amazing with tons of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. I didn't cook during my stay, but saw that the kitchen is well stocked. The building is nice with a secure door code entrance. I didn't rent a car, but there is parking, which can be quite handy in Ann Arbor. I would definitely stay here again!

Great unit with open kitchen living combo, great storage, TVs in bedrooms and also in living room, good furniture, top floor, great views, fully stocked with supplies like DW detergent and laundry pods which I seldom find at Airbnbs. Great location and hustle bustle around but soundproof. One of the bedrooms does not have any window.

This is second time staying in this complex while visiting Ann Arbor. It is right downtown and includes parking pass so that you are able to walk around town so easily! Love this location and the apartments are beautiful. Also very comfortable and a great space! Will definitely stay again on future visits!

Peters place was perfect for our trip and accurate to its listing. It was clean abs comfortable He was easy to communicate with. The space works well for a small family and is just a short drive from downtown.

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. First thing first. Wow…. This is definitely a hidden GEM. The view from the balcony was amazing. As my family and I walked in it gave a cozy welcoming feeling. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The living room was/ Family room was very nice with vaulted ceilings. As the master suits upstairs it has an overview of the living room that is awesome. I recommend this private getaway GEM for any type of traveler. I will definitely be renting from them in the near future. Side note. Parking is right in front of the property so you don’t have a crazy walk to your rental. It is located on the 2nd floor, but well worth taking the walk up the stairs.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Very peaceful nice neighborhood, this Airbnb was spotless clean and smelled good walking in I will definitely book again.

The space was very clean and well organized. I loved the little touches of the salt lamps and the live plants. Definitely a place to unwind and reset.
