Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I felt at home immediately I arrived at Swordfish.The guard expressed readiness to host us.During the stay,Gladys was very helpful and made our stay cool . We had a fantastic stay at Mwanana House! Of all the places we've stayed in Kenya (there are many), the team at the house were the best. We were so well looked after - Antonina catered after our every whim without being asked and preempting our every need, Karisa cooked us the best meals every day, and Katana kept the pool and garden beautifully clean. This team thought of everything with incredible attention to detail and with great patience around small kids. Thank you so much

This place is definitely worth your time looking at. I thought I’d miss being right at the beach, but honestly, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to Joseph and David and the calm, quiet, cool of Ruby House. We spent time reading, playing games, reconnecting and resting, as well as swimming and bobbing in the creek - listening and watching birds. It is so peaceful - chatting with fishermen, and just taking in the surroundings. We went for a few day trips- the Gede ruins are well worth an hour of your time, sand dunes north of malindi were great. And we LOVED Garoda Beach - much less seaweed and less busy. I could not speak more highly of the staff - they were present but not, flexible, understanding and really wanted to help make your time enjoyable. The rooms were so comfortable. I think it may be a little hot in the very hot month, but it gets a lovely breeze and there is always the one room to escape into for an afternoon nap if necessary - but we didn’t need to do this. Home from home! A beautiful spot - gorgeous gardens, a fabulous swimming pool and a lovely home with lots of space to spread out and relax. Tess is the host with the most. From the initial booking information until our departure, Tess made sure we had everything we needed and more. She had great recommendations for the local area and was keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really can’t rate her enough. The team of staff led by Daniel, the chef, were also amazing. Daniel’s cooking was suburb- our evening meals were restaurant standard. We particularly enjoyed the locally caught seafood. All in all, an amazing stay in a gorgeous spot!

We’ve just had a great 10 day stay at Nyumba Yulia! The highlight for us and our kids was the amazing pool which was very well kept! We loved that it was a quick stroll to the beach - which is quite busy, but great at low tide for the kids- lots of rock pools to wander around and beautiful shallow water to wallow in. The house is in quite a built up area of Watamu so expect some noise and people as you step outside. The staff were lovely and helpful but not always discrete. Other small things we appreciated- block out curtains, aircons (definitely needed), outdoor shower. Easy enough to Tuk Tuk around, and overall a wonderful restful holiday for us!

Had a great stay. The place was spotless, and Anna the cleaner did an excellent job, her communication was great throughout. The only downside was that we had no WiFi during our stay due to a router issue. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

This house is truly charming and unique! It’s very close to the beach, and its architecture really reminds me of Italian homes, I think it might have even been built by Italians. There’s a cute little terrace that’s perfect for relaxing, and the garden is full of trees and flowers, with a lovely swimming pool that gives off real vacation vibes. The kitchen and laundry facilities are also well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay for a few days. Overall, it’s a cozy and beautiful spot for a relaxing getaway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely place in Malindi, and it was spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Sila went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The property itself is a gem –Very Spacious ,impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, offering an easy access to the supermarket,Banks,the beach, Both African and Italian restaurants Surprisingly our host organized for us a local tour to the Gedi Ruin, Hell's kitchen in Marafa and Mambrui Sand dunes. we stayed at Angela's cottage for 3 Nights. she was very prompt to respond to any concerns. our entire stay was a great one. Surprised that even locals do not know about this local gem of a place. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Kalume! The property is beautifully designed — peaceful, clean, and full of charm, like a little oasis. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel at home and assist with anything we needed. Staying at Casa Kalume was truly a beautiful experience, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We stayed at Aisha's place with my family. The appartement was clean, cosy, comfortable, with air-conditioning in both rooms and a lovely shared swimming pool in the compound. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and gave us a lot of suggestions about what to do in the surrounding area. We will be definitely coming back, it was great value for money!

Lovely appartment just in front of the beach and close to all amenities. Very good communication with Alessandro who was always prompt to responding to queries. The A/C in the room was much appreciated! The nearby hôtels are a bit noisy over the week end. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and we were able to use it every day. The air conditioner kept us comfortable, and having a washing machine and iron was really helpful, especially with the clothes we brought. A cleaner came in regularly, which kept everything tidy. Getting to the main amenities and nearby cities was easy, and tuk-tuks were readily available to pick us up whenever needed. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend staying at Lucy’s place!

We had a pleasant stay. Lots of amenities associated with the Gecko resort. Good restaurants not far away. Tribe Water Sports on the beach. Great Kite Boarding. Two big pools. Nightly entertainment. Daily cleaning.

We loved our 10 day stay at Susan's place - so much so that we are already looking to book again! Its a fabulous location, next door to a host of great beach restaurants, coffee shops and food stops. It was perfect with young kids, we could run out to the pool and beach (with is connected to the property) and also have AC in the house for when we needed rest. The flat itself is clean, comfortable (especially the beds) and has everything you'll need! It exceeded our expectations and we have already recommended to friends.
