Great location on Sugar! Space was perfect for our short weekend trip. Marcy was very responsive and checking in was easy. A really great trip.

Quick weekend trip with friends to the Hills of NC! Great getaway and Sarah's Place fit our vibe perfectly!!! Loved walking all over town from our location! Will stay here again!

2nd time staying here and loved it just as much! They take so much time to make sure it’s as cozy as possible with extra blankets, fans, or space heaters. Little things like this make all the difference! Will be back!

Responds fast to questions. Not far of a walk to the slopes and if it’s been snowing, you can almost even snowboard back to the room.

Everything we expected and more. It was a beautiful spot in a great location. It was a lot bigger than expected as well. We also didn’t realize how close it was to the ski resort!! You can walk there. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was as described and within walking distance of several restaurants and Campus. We enjoyed our stay and the location of the apartment. We especially enjoyed the back porch/deck.

The location was great! Easy to get to the ski resort and walkable when the lines up the mountain were at a standstill. Ski rentals right downstairs as well!

If you’re planning to go to the slopes this is a perfect place. Host is responsive and nice!

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place! The property was beautiful and peaceful. My kids loved playing in the creek and exploring the property. The hosts provided all sorts of activities to keep the kids busy-- whiffle balls and a bat, soccer balls, football, frisbee, fish nets, water shoes. There were plenty of things we didn't have time to get to, since we had a brief weekend stay for a tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable with so many nice touches. We appreciated that the kitchen had a list of items posted on the fridge and where to find it. They provided special drinks, tea and coffee, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back when we visit Boone again. Thank you, Andrew!

We had a wonderful stay in Boone! The unique layout provided space for the whole family and everything was very clean! So many thoughtful extras-a few welcome snacks at check in, plenty of coffee K-cups, a well stocked kitchen, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, extra blankets and pillows…anything we could’ve asked for was already provided. Location was perfect. Check out was easy. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Laurel House! It was perfect for our family of four (with two young kids). The house is spacious and extremely walkable. It was easy to stroll into town for lunch, ice cream, playground time, etc. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and available which put us at ease during our stay. Highly recommend for a cozy mountain getaway!

The house was as described. The host was very nice. The access to the slope is a little steep making it challenging when wearing ski boots.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as perfect as the last time. Very responsive host if needed but really was not needed. Host checked in with us upon arrival and just before check out in case we had any questions or problems. Everything is labeled so you know where to find what ever you are looking for or how to work any appliance. This home fits perfectly with our needs. Next time we are headed to Boone we will definitely check for availability at this Airbnb first!

Sara's place was comfortable for our family of 4 and very convenient to Boone while also feeling very private and peaceful. It was about 12 minutes from Appalachian ski mountain, 10 minutes to groceries, drug stores, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the layout made it easy to gather while giving my teen boys their own space. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay and Sara was very responsive and kind even though we were communicating during the holidays.

Beautiful, beautiful place with every amenity thought through. This is a gorgeous little condo super close to skiing. We had the best time and I would stay every time I come to that area. Absolutely loved our stay here! So cozy and didn’t want to leave!

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Just took my young girls there for their first time skiing and it was a great experience! Ian was very responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back! The views and accommodations were amazing!!

Liz and Chris have a wonderful condo, the walk to the slopes is very short, and they have a private locker available on the slopes to store ski gear, which makes the walk even easier.

Unbelievable clean, very good appliances for cooking, personal nice decoration, great lay out of the apartment, unbelievable fluffy towels. Thank you Dean, for sharing your wonderful apartment with us

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.
