With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. This is a self-catering holiday property; guest will have the property to themselves.
