The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Our stay was awesome. Amy and Owen were friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. They also helped us out with kids things and other items we needed, even brought us down sleds when it snowed for the kids to use. It was also very comfortable there and it had all the amenities we needed for a month long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

We loved it and I felt the place was even nicer than the photos. So clean and all the things you would need. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Perfect location to stroll Georgetown hot spots easily. Parking wasn’t bad and it was free with getting a pass from Marvin. I want to go back and stay again.

Lena was a fantastic host. We met her upon arrival and she showed us around and made recommendations for traveling into DC, restaurants, parking, etc. The place was pristine and spotless. Very homey and private. Just what we were looking for. Lena is a warm and cheerful person who we would highly recommend for anyone considering a place in the Alexandria area with convenient travels all around!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was as nice as the pictures showed. Roomy yet cozy, and comfortable. Bedrooms on opposite sides so that two couples can share the place. Good location only a short walk to downtown. Two parking spots not far from the entrance. Well-lit neighborhood and home, felt very safe.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Marsh was responsive and communicative throughout. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a welcome place to return to after a long day. The grocery store is only a 15-minute walk which allowed us to cook meals in the apartment. We also enjoyed the wide range of surrounding restaurant choices, and appreciated the short walk down to the waterfront for dinner on our last night in town. Overall a great stay!

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

We stayed one night at lexy's place and it was great, we loved the area and the fact that we were so close to the airport and also no that far away from DC.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this home. The place is so beautiful and well decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated the 5 adults staying here for a long weekend. The location near Del Ray can’t be beat. Most importantly, we had a last minute urgent issue pop up and the hosts went out of their way to help us find a way to ensure everyone could still enjoy the weekend. Highly recommend staying here!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

Our son got married at the Still Meadow wedding venue right across the road. With four bedrooms, plus an extra bed downstairs, we were able to accommodate 8 members of our family, so our stay also became a family reunion of sorts. Perfect! Spacious eat-in kitchen and great set up in living room made it easy to enjoy some games and catch up! Beautiful big deck looking out over the countryside! Three bathrooms, hairdryers and mirrors made wedding prep easy. Really appreciate dog friendly house. So did our dog! Lots of extra blankets for beds in case we were chilly. Would definitely return to this gorgeous area and highly recommend Jill’s house!!

We enjoyed this airbnb. I would definitely book again if available! The basement area was Perfect , nice yard . 10 mins from the harbor so many great fun things to do. Great airbnb.

Cozy, comfortable, everything you need and nothing you don't. The interior stone walls were especially lovely, as was the patio outside. Great place all around and very convenient to Main Street. William was a great host!

I absolutely loved this listing! The location was perfect and in the heart of downtown Frederick. We were walking distance or a short drive from restaurants and shops. The listing was clean, clutter free, and really nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this listing, and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.

Nimo was very helpful, always responsive and truly a great host. I’ll definitely be coming back to her place and recommending it to my family and friends who’ll be traveling to Washington.
