Loved our stay with our grandkids. The metro station was so close to ride into DC. A clean flat in a safe area. Christina was responsive to a question we had. We did need a car to visit downtown Alexandria and the waterfront.

Great time. Great location. This was our second leg of Easter break. Choose this novelty for its location and hot tub😀. We came into town early for College Rugby Nationals at Maryland SoccerPlex. My husband and I explored! Just a 35 minute drive to the fields and 35 minutes to mountain fun. Bonus!!! A great local town filled with history. Loved NOLA for breakfast and had amazing adult time at local winery BIG. Very dog friendly neighborhood and home. Loved all the games and comfortable dining area for family time. Recommend you bring a robe for hot tub! Everything else was provided in abundance.

My family of 4 plus our 2 fur babies had the best time at Julie’s home. The house is beautiful and unique with all the original remnants of wood and brick. It’s clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities. The pictures don’t do this house justice, honestly. The property is very private. We hardly saw any neighbors. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer, hot tub, couches outside, bathrobes, etc. we appreciated the tea, chocolate, wine and flowers left for us, too. Such a pleasant surprise, really! There are plenty of things to do around in the area. We had a great time. Thank you, Julie, for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home with our entire family.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Mary is an absolute wonderful host! Her space is full of everything you could want/need for an overnight stay! Mary communicated wonderfully and clear. The space was easy to find, with the clear directions and was in a peaceful area. For our little family of 3, traveling through on our spring vacation, Mary's space was perfect for us and the price point was a big part of that too! If you are debating on booking, you absolutely should!

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

Incredibly peaceful setting within 10 minutes of the C&O Canal towpath and all the charm shepherdstown has to offer. Extremely well stocked kitchen and the new hot tub after a long hike overlooking farm fields was like an elixir for the soul. We will always stay with Dave when in Shepherdstown!

The place was great for our trip and group. Connor and Alex were responsive, friendly hosts.

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very private location. The house was a nice cabin with spectacular views and comfortable furnishings. Very spotty Verizon cell service, but wifi worked very well for calling and internet. Would recommend for a private get-away.

We were a large group of 7 adults and 1 child, and this was the perfect Airbnb for us! Another part of our group was staying with their RV at the KOA so the location was fantastic since we could very easily walk between the Airbnb and RV. It was also great to enjoy the KOA activities and spaces. You could even walk to the national park if you enjoy walking! The house is very spacious, and it was a great space for hanging out whether in the the dining room, living room, or outside. The Airbnb was very well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a large group or part of you group is staying at KOA.

The place was very relaxing and peaceful. Tony was very responsive. They have great amenities on the property which we enjoyed.

This Airbnb was perfect for my bridal party’s weekend stay. We all enjoyed the comfort of home it provided and a quiet place to enjoy our evenings. We appreciated all the extra items Andrea had available in the house in case we had forgotten something. We all wanted to stay a longer time at this hidden gem!

We truly enjoyed our weekend at "Idyllic Mountain Home - Dog Friendly/great views"! It was all of that and more! Charlotte provided detailed info on how to run the wood stove (early March can get chilly) and we were warm and cozy on both levels all weekend. Other info about the house was very detailed. Our two corgis loved wandering around the property, which is elevated and very private! We took a hike with them on Saturday off of Skyline Drive, which was only about a half hour away; lovely! Dinner Saturday night was a milestone birthday celebration at The Inn at Little Washington, and it was worth the splurge! There's a small area near the bedroom where we set up the dogs crates and they were very comfy while we were gone. I highly recommend Charlotte's home for a weekend getaway!!

Joe is absolutely wonderful! The Hideaway is amazing! It is in a perfect place for our commute and close to everything you would need within 15 minutes without being in the city or in densely populated areas. Joe is down to earth and easy to talk to, almost like you’ve known him forever. Couldn’t ask for any place better or anyone better to have as a host!

Justin had a beautiful and quiet cabin perfect for 2-4 people. He was incredibly kind and proactive during an unprecedented event even allowing us to be flexible with our departure time. There are quite few things as calming as sitting out in the sunroom watching the Shenandoah river flow by. If you are looking for the perfect hideaway close to the National Park, this is the place for you.

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.

A nice spacious house a 15 minute walk to metro with direct access to DC (yellow line). Great for travelers who want space to work from home. The fenced in backyard is great for guests and their pets to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet and private location. Highly recommend!

Great property - convenient location, quiet neighborhood and great to walk the doggie. House was exactly as described- comfortable, clean and Tara was a great host - very responsive, helpful and friendly Could not have been better!!!!
