Чудове розташування, чисте та нове помешкання, гарна тераса. Знаходиться біля гарного парку. До центру 20хв пішки,поряд зупинки трамваю. Є пекарня, продуктові магазини зовсім поряд. Це помешкання краще для двох людей, диван не дуже зручний як для спального місця. У ванній поганий стік води. В цілому залишились задоволенні.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit ruime en zeer nette appartement in Amsterdam. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: de keuken is goed uitgerust, de bedden lagen heerlijk en het was overal schoon en opgeruimd. De locatie is prachtig – rustig en stil, met uitzicht op het water, wat echt een pluspunt is. Het inchecken verliep vlekkeloos dankzij het handige systeem met een toegangscode, dus geen gedoe met sleutels. Wel is de bereikbaarheid een aandachtspunt: er is geen bushalte in de directe omgeving, waardoor wij meestal een Uber hebben genomen. Het centrum is te voet te bereiken, maar dat duurt ongeveer 30 minuten. Al met al een aanrader!

Erg goed geplaatst om de stad te bezoeken, prima bedden, rustig buiten 's nachts. Ook binnen. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. En n prima host.

Hôte très réactif et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est bien équipé et agréable, juste une deuxième chambre un peu étroite. Le barbecue n'était pas nettoyé, mais vu que la cuisine était bien équipée, nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Emplacement proche du centre et d'une station de tram. Je recommande.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

Great apartment ! Irene was really nice and helpful, the location was convenient and the neighborhood calm but lively. The apartment is really tidy, clean and lovely, especiallly the kitchen ! Would highly recommend !

This is lovely family home in lovely Dutch country village, Broek in Waterland, just a short drive or bus connection from Amsterdam. The house was under partial renovation (which the owners warned me for) when I was there for ten days this summer, but the fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room, and the amazing view from the garden on water and fields really made the stay very enjoyable. My friends loved the art, the books and general vibe of the house. Maartje and Maarten were excellent and very relaxed hosts who showed me around the house before they left on vacation. Oh and private parking is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Annie was the perfect host with all the check-in details and information needed for a great stay. The place is just as described but honestly better than we expected. we had everything we needed and more, many special details and the place is super charming and homey. The city of Monnickendam was just perfect for us, as it is beautiful and people very friendly. Amsterdam is convenient as well as Volendam .. we visited both. There are many local shops and restaurants in the area with a very relaxing environment. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean. Annie gave us great instructions and information and was available by phone right away with any questions we had. One of the best Airbnb experiences all around, we really did not want to leave and look forward to a return trip. Beautiful, modern house in a fabulous village just outside of Amsterdam. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for location is because there was a busy road within earshot - but that’s the reason it was so easy to get into town. Broek in Waterland had a number of lovely cafes - for such a small place - and was super stunning. And Amsterdam is truly a wonderful city. It was lovely to combine both world class museums and cycling in the countryside.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento ad Amsterdam con la mia ragazza e un’altra coppia di amici. L’ appartamento è spazioso, moderno e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirci come a casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ideale per preparare qualche pasto o una colazione prima di uscire a esplorare la città. Jan e Katharina sono stati degli host molto disponibili. In generale, l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un posto comodo e ben posizionato per visitare Amsterdam.

Proper en ruim verblijf voor 7-8 personen. Zeer goede voorzieningen en uitstekende gastvrijheid. Wij zelf houden van het gevoel van privacy. We hebben Immy zelf niet gezien tijdens ons verblijf maar als er iets was, konden we haar contacteren. Prima

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage ganz nah an Amsterdam. Toll mit Kindern und für Katzenliebhaber. Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie mit Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Broek in Waterland. Super accueil de Sjoerd très réactif, chaleureux et instructions très claires. Logement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de bus qui dessert le centre d'Amsterdam. Maison très propre et très charmante qui coche toutes les cases pour se ressourcer : située dans un village plein de charme, à proximité de la nature tout comme du centre Amsterdam. Je recommande vivement et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner. Un gros coup de cœur pour les villages du Waterland 😍

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had a friendly welcome to a very clean and stylish apartment. The local bars and restaurants were great and a supermarket just 3 min walk away. Isabelle was very responsive and had some great recommendations. And the chocolate and bubbles were a fantastic welcome. Thank you so much.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto. Abbiamo dormito tre notti, cinque persone, comodamente, in piena tranquillità. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava tutto molto in ordine, con tutti gli elettrodomestici a disposizione. Quindici minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni per andare in centro. Una gradevole passeggiata. Un supermercato a sette/otto minuti a piedi, molto comodo e molto fornito.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!
