Stayed here with 6 friends for a fishing trip. Place was amazing to come back to and relax. Everything was very clean, and easy to use. Fireplaces were relaxing. Price was super reasonable for what you get! Would definitely stay here again.

If you're about to visit Dexter , NY and near by towns, this is the only and the best place to stay . Located on the Black River side you have the unique opportunity to enjoy extremely beautiful view without leaving the house . Moreover , we are frequent Airbnb users , and this house is outstanding and gets only the highest scores . Spacious , comfortable and with all the stuff you need is there . Even if you're some kind of capricious person , Susie and Dean , owners of the property , are always happy to hear something from you and make your stay much more comfortable than you've expected. Sometimes you see pictures of property , and when you arrive , such a feeling , that you booked something different . It's not about that property , it's much more nice and comfortable in real than it seems on the picture . I do strongly recommend that pleasant place to stay . It was an unbelievable experience staying there. Would come back there definitely

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my husband and our pup. This place is beautiful right on the lake and has literally everything you’d ever need! Very open and cute, the king size bed was to die for. We had a rainy weekend but I enjoyed reading by the fireplaces and did enjoy the back deck on one night. Not far from anything you might need otherwise! We’d love to stay again!

Paula's home was like a home away from home as we visited family in the area 😊 It fit our family of 4 perfectly and even had amenities for our kids. And the coffee bar made morning wakeups something to look forward to! I can't forget to mention how peaceful the area is with the sounds of the creek as a serene soundscape. Paula was very responsive if we ever needed anything as well. She is a great host indeed! We will definitely be on the lookout for Paula's home when we return to the area to visit family ☺️

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

I was taken aback at the attention to detail with the actual amenities that are available from staples in the kitchen, cooking utensils, loaded utility closets, utility drawers (flashlights, batteries, duct tape) bathroom essentials, laundry, sewing kit, lint rollers, EVERYTHING! I stayed three weeks and cooked full meals, was thrilled to have a dishwasher and dining table. I enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the summer so I could use the grill! Thank you Dana!

Ken is very kind, friendly, helpful and funny. His house and yard are gorgeous and the view of Lake Ontario is unbeatable! The hot tub, deck with fire table, pool and the seating with a fire pit out in the yard are perfectly set up. We wouldn’t couldn’t ask for more! The town of Pulaski is not far and easy to get to if you ever need but the sunsets are so beautiful you may not want to leave the house! Selkirk Shores State Park is only a couple minute drive and can be seen from the yard. We really love staying here each year when we come upstate to go salmon fishing. It’s the perfect fancy retreat after a day in the woods. We’ve started bringing our daughter and parents this year and even those who don’t fish were just happy to hang out at the house and enjoy the amenities. The view alone is worth the price how nice the house is and how kind Ken is, are an amazing bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will return!

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It was large enough to provide everyone space to relax in comfort yet intimate enough to spend quality time together. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication was lightning fast and friendly. Would 100% return.

The house and grounds were great, Such a wonderful find for a weekend getaway. Gillian med us upon our arrival and gave us a third walk-through of the property. A very kind and welcoming host. There was an incredible amount of space in this country ranch, both indoors and out. A hot tub was clean and large enough for my group to hang out, picnic tables outside, made for a good barbecue. It was such a short trip to downtown Alexandria Bay, five minutes, it really was a great place to be right next to the heart of it all well not being stuck the rest of the visitors. We all look forward to looking this place again and enjoying the thousand islands

We had an amazing stay! Jake was incredibly responsive and provided very clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything so smooth and easy. The house itself is super cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed—it had all the comforts to make our stay truly enjoyable. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Thank you, Jake for being such an accommodating and thoughtful host. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Tyler was extremely flexible as we had to check in super early after a long drive. The place was very clean, everything was easily accessible, and it was a cozy. Just enough space for my partner and I, Definitely would book again.

Logement parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et afficionado du camping. Le cadre est magnifique, la yourte est très confortable et bien chauffée nous avons bien dormi. Toutes les instructions sont écrites dans la yourte ce qui rend l’expérience facile. Simplement à noter que c’est effectivement une expérience camping et qu’il peut y avoir de gros insectes (inoffensifs mais effrayants). En somme nous renouvellerons l’expérience.

Das Haus war kleiner als erwartet aber sehr gemütlich und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Liz klappte prima, sie reagierte sehr schnell. Das Häuschen liegt sehr abseits und für ein paar Tage totales Abschalten mitten in der Natur ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Beautiful place, had an ice storm while there which was beautiful on the trees. NY does a great job on maintaining the roads so we weren’t held up at all..we were in town for a family funeral so didn’t do anything extra this trip. Nice place to retreat to after the long day.

I stayed for a little over a week because I needed a 'home-away-from-home' in/near Kingston. The house had everything I needed, and the proximity to the Glenburnie Grocery was a perk! Sherry and Denis were great hosts; they made sure I was comfortable and answered any question quickly.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was perfect!! Highly recommend.
