On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We had a lovely stay here, my partner was doing a weekend course at Sussex Green Woodworking and this was a perfect place for us to stay, just 4 minute drive away. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed having coffee with the noise of horses and chickens nearby. Nice restaurants nearby, would especially recommend Poco Wine about 15 mins drive away. Would definitely be back to explore more of the natural beauty in the area.

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Vanuit de tuin kun je een mooie wandeling maken langs het Royal Military Canal. Wij hebben hier 1 nacht doorgebracht, maar je zou hier prima langer kunnen verblijven en meer van de omgeving kunnen verkennen.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect place for our needs visiting family in the area…..everything you need for a short stay including unexpected iron and board which my partner was delighted to find as his shirt was crumpled by the journey! Natalie’s place is amazing inside and out. Extremely close to the Chanctonbury Ring trailhead. You can walk there in a matter of minutes. Along with other relaxing spots around the village of Washington. The local pub is also only a short stroll. If visiting this part of West Sussex, it’s highly recommended to book Natalie’s accommodation as soon as possible. My family stayed for over a week and enjoyed every second. Thanks again!

The Annex is a great for a Brighton get away. The place was spotless and included a lovely little breakfast bundle. The accommodation is finished to a high spec.

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our night in this beautiful, quiet, clean place. The breakfast was a really lovely touch and we really enjoyed it whilst sitting out on the patio, listening to the birdsong and sipping our proper cup of coffee. We'll definitely be back.

We fell in love with this place at first sight. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. My partner is a chef, and it’s usually very hard to find a place he’s happy with — but here he cooked every day for three days! The apartment is cozy, full of thoughtful little touches, and just a joy to be in. Everything is super convenient, and the views are absolutely stunning. One of the true highlights of our trip was the summer house — a perfect, quiet spot to sit and read comfortably. Julie was wonderful — always in touch, she met us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. Truly the best kind of host. An amazing stay overall — we went for walks, relaxed, and came away feeling completely refreshed and in love with the whole experience.

Andrew's place was the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Larger than usual, good to have a separate bedroom and living area. All very clean and tidy. An included breakfast was mentioned, and the one Andrew supplied was better than we expected. A good diverse selection.

Must be one of the best and best value AirBnB in West London. Accommodation is excellent with highlights being; very clean, large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, comfortable living kitchen, great sheltered sunny outside relaxing area, innumerable well designed and thought out details that make this a home from home. Hosts are very helpful and kind with lots of suggestions for places to eat, etc. Their suggestion to go to Hampton Court Palace by the Turks boat was the best possible way to arrive and only £10 return. Highly recommended!!

Sarah’s Garden Suite is perfect for getaways in the East Sussex area. She was helpful and kind and her breakfast was fresh and well cooked. The garden space was also really lovely after a busy day.

Great one night stay in the little cabin. It’s very compact with everything you need and it feels super homely. Just a few minute walk to the high street, so ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Does get chilly at night but there is a heater available to use. Thanks so much Nick!

Steve's place was perfect for our two-night stay. Although very compact, it had everything we needed, and Steve and Jo had added lots of welcoming touches, including breakfast things and even an Easter egg! There are beautiful walks on the South Downs on the doorstep, and Steve and Jo provided lots of useful information about restaurants and things to do in Lewes. Recommended!

Brilliant place to stay. Lovely garden area, private. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. The weather was lovely...unfortunate really as if it had rained for a couple of days the house was stocked with loads of decent DVD's, games and books! My wife has some mobility issues but managed everything she needed to. Highly recommended, thankyou.

I had a lovely relaxing stay at Little Saltspring. Carole and Peter were there to greet me on arrival and were so friendly. The property was peaceful and cosy and Carole and Peter have put a lot of thought into equipping Little Saltspring with everything you could possibly want/need for a great stay. I also loved the very pretty garden with two separate seating areas to enjoy the sound of birds and soak up some sunshine. It was the perfect base for me while visiting friends and relatives. Another lovely stay at the Annexe. This has got to be our favourite Airbnb so far, perfect for a nights escape away from it all. Very comfortable, especially the bed ( had the best night sleep) perfect location for exploring the area. Lovely garden which is perfect for our doggy, he loved it! This place was an ideal size and done to a great standard. very clean and not far from the high street. highly recommend for a couple.

Regina and George were very welcoming and understanding that we had traveled a long distance from Australia. We found their garden peaceful and delightful especially after a big day out in central London. Waking up to the sound of birds was lovely. It was an ideal location, an easy bus ride from Heathrow and to Windsor Castle. Walking to the train which stops at London Waterloo is only a minute away. We would definitely book here again.
