Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

Perfect for couples or individuals to explore the beautiful Chew Valley and Mendip Hills and the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. The Beehive is next to our family home with access via our garden. A beautifully converted barn with a contemporary feel next to a 17th century cider house set in the middle of 12 acres of gardens and ancient orchards. Ideal for those who enjoy modern comforts and luxurious touches such as 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, top quality feather pillows (with hypo-allergenic pillows on request) and bathrobes combined with the peace of the beautiful Somerset countryside. Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Also moments away from three great pubs and several charming cafes and eateries. Wedmore is a stunning central location from which to explore all of Somerset.

The Nest offers a unique stay with a private wood stove hot tub and sauna. Situated on the Somerset levels and surrounded by uninterrupted views of the countryside. An ideal getaway for those who enjoy nature, walking or simply star gazing. The levels have lots of nature reserves which are a haven for wildlife. As well as the famous starling murmurations from October - February. The magical town of Glastonbury is only 20 minutes drive.

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
