We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine. The condo was up to date and beds were comfortable! The ocean was just steps away and the pool was beautifully maintained. There was some maintenance of buildings during our stay that did take away from the serenity ab but while at the condo but overall, a great stay and would rent again!

Excellent host super friendly safe clean place knowledgeable about the area could not recommend more you will be happy with your stay here.

Ordering something online, especially a place to stay is always nerve racking. This was very easy and everything was as the description said. I wish the beach wasnt so far away but it was within walking distance. We loved the location. Thank you so much for letting us use this home for the weekend.

Thank you much for hosting us! We booked through AirBNB, and the condo was just as described! The host was very responsive, when asked questions. They even accommodated an early check-in for us due to prior reservations on the property. Beautiful pool view from the balcony, spacious rooms, and plenty of utensils and cookware. We will definitely stay here again!

Book this place ASAP!!! Awesome beach apartment close to everything and literally steps to the beach. Walk out of your door, right to the boardwalk that takes you directly to the beach. If you've never been to this particular beach or the St. Augustine area. its incredible!!!

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

We had the best time, perfect location. Crosswalk for beach right at the front of the condo. Pool so much fun and pier a walk away to fish. Neighbors so friendly. very clean everywhere we went.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

Natascha and Dave were extremely helpful describing the wonderful places along the Saint Johns River. The accommodations were one of the best we have experienced. Also, very helpful with providing information on boating and fishing and the best scenery in the area.

This place was even more beautiful than we expected. The home was well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of eight. The nearby beach was stunning and great for swimming. Technically, you can walk there, but it's a bit of a hike that requires a long u-turn on the road. With small children, we drove the short distance instead, but there was always plenty of parking in the free public lot. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful and quiet community, and an amazing house. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home looks just like the pictures. quiet home in a nice neighborhood. pool and spa heat worked well. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

A very quiet place and convenience , Close to main hardware, Supermarket and bank I will be back if it's available next week. Cause I haven't finished the job That I'm doing.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful view of the dunes and ocean, easy walk down to the beach, clean and private pool. Plenty of amenities and fully stoked kitchen. The only thing I would do differently if we stay again is pay for an extra night to avoid such an early check out.

This was the perfect location for us to share my favorite coastline with our children for the first time. I loved being on the ground floor, with an easy walk out to the beach every day. the sound of the waves and the ocean view was better than I expected considering most places are far from the beach. The condo itself was beautiful, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. it was comfortable and relaxing, and close to the ocean, but only a short drive from the historic district. One of my favorite things was that the property is right next to the local entrance to the beach, so we were able to spend a few hours there before and after check in and check out. Overall, this was a perfect spot for our family of 5, we would be happy to come back here and stay longer! We can't thank the hosts enough for sharing this beautiful spot.

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

Fantastic ocean views! Right on the beach. Loved seeing sunrise from the upstairs bedroom window. Pool was great. Good location. Very quite and extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good communication with the owner. Would highly recommend!

This location had the perfect beach only steps from the condo. The area is serene T night and I slept with the windows open to listen to the waves.
