This place was so fun to stay in. The living room was our favorite space and we spent most of our time listening to the records provided and keeping warm by the fireplace. The bathroom was AMAZING and exactly the reason I booked this place. This is the biggest place I’ve stayed in the area and would gladly book again!

It was great to stay there but they have only one bathroom, not enough utensils as I expected. Overall it was good.

We found Michael and Sharon's first floor apartment to be comfortable and well appointed for our weekend stay. Although we didn't use the kitchen for meal preparations, the kitchen was well equipped if one were to do so. The bathroom was well supplied, and the bedroom was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows readily available. Our host provided many guide books and local listings of things to see and do in the greater Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Western New York Region. We found the location to be convenient for visiting our daughter at the University of Buffalo. We observed that Michael and Sharon's backyard will be bursting in color later in the spring. Other guests will have the pleasure of enjoying the patio and back porch in the late spring and summer days ahead!

We loved our time at Pamela's place! The apartment was even nicer in person, with lots of thoughtful decorative touches. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and spotless. The beds were very comfortable as well! My family and I had a great time exploring Hertel Avenue, Delaware Park, and the surrounding area. There is pretty much everything you need within walking distance. We stayed with our young daughter and there is plenty of family-friendly activities around as well, including the zoo and a lovely children's book store (both about a 20 minute walk). Pamela was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. I highly recommend staying at this airbnb for your next trip to Buffalo!

This has been by far the Best Airbnb experience yet! His communication was remarkable. He was extremely helpful going above & beyond with not only keeping his place intact, also checking in to see if we needed any linens etc. If I could I would have stated longer. My kids loved this place & wished we could have moved in forever. Definitely would recommend to others!!!!

Being from Buffalo and visiting family for the holidays, I wanted to find someplace inexpensive but that didn’t feel too cheap or gross. This place was perfect. Clean, felt comfortable and safe, and close to everything. Plus they kept sending helpful suggestions on everything from the best cafes nearby to parking tips. Very thoughtful and great hosts.

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

Great experience, beautifully done, Erica was awesome. .5 miles from everything. Perfect location off the main street. would stay again to levery 3 bedrooms and nice layout.

We only booked for one night to visit the falls and I wish we would have stayed longer in this Airbnb. What a beautiful home... we traveled with a group of people and it was perfect. Enough privacy for everyone to stretch out. I highly recommend staying there when visiting Niagara falls.

We had a fantastic time staying at Lorrie's beautiful place in Niagara Falls! The apartment was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and in a prime location, perfect for exploring the town and its attractions. Lorrie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

We stayed and Andrew and Claudia’s place for our spring wedding in NOTL. It was perfect! We had ample space to relax and get ready. The hot tub was an extra special touch! The kitchen is amazing and the whole place was spotless! Our hosts were responsive, checked in a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything, and even offered to perform hot tub upkeep while we were there. Thanks so much for everything!
