You walk around 10 mins to Wellington waterfront, the Oriental Bay beach and Te PaPa Museum. 5 mins walk to Courtney place or Cuba St for food and bar. It’s pretty close enough to feel and smell the ocean breezes and experience the energy of the city all around.

Our modern inner-city free-standing townhouse with parking is a stone's throw to Tinakori Village - good food and coffee. A few steps further take you to the Gardens - or downhill to Parliament, the Terrace and Lambton Quay. Slightly further takes you to the City-Sea Walkway, on to TePapa our national museum, Galleries and Oriental Bay. If you're travelling with children the 3 level house is more suited to older children. The staircase is steep so care needs to be taken using this.
