The guesthouse is 10m across the garden from our house. Please note there is a microwave and bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses; but not a full kitchen walk: 7mins to beach, 10 15mins to local cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema drive: 15mins to Te Papa, CBD, airport 10mins to WLG Hospital 20mins to ferries

Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night.
