Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Accessed from a spiral staircase, it is on the 1st floor, and is completely self contained and private. The large patio has outside seating for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the stunning views of fields and the Mendips. Peaceful, rural location, but only 5 minutes drive to the City of Wells. There is plenty of off-road parking.
