The space is more beautiful than the pictures. Wonderful accommodations with well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, plenty of towels etc. The staff was very friendly and we were given multiple numbers in order to reach out at any time during our stay. The location was ideal and a great value for West Bay. Great taco shop at entrance, cute shops and convenience stores, and close to the beach. The pool is smaller than expected but private with a nice view. I would recommend double checking to confirm airport pickup as well as checkout (done w/staff) if you may be pressed for time or need to catch a flight. We’d be happy to stay here in the future!!

My family and I were very happy with the place. Plenty of room, beautiful view. Short walk to all the restaurants and a lot of things for the family to do. we spent our afternoons by the pool after a long day of family activities. We will definitely be coming back. Also Liz was very helpful with all my questions.

The villa is a real gem. We immediately felt at home. It was clean and well furnished and the additional laundry room was a big bonus. The Wi-Fi is very strong and the shower hot. Just occasional drop in water pressure at times. It’s just off the main road and has a small supermarket 100 metres or so up the road. We hired a taxi and then a car from Hugo and his communication was always very responsive and nothing too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place and would definitely return here. We loved it.

I have now visited Roatan four times and spent the last two in a unit at West Gate with Island House. I've done a fair amount of research and stayed in other places in West Bay. This is for me the best combination of value, location, space and quiet. I traveled with my wife and two adult children. The two bedroom condo had enough space for everyone to rest, socialize, but not be on top of each other. Island House arranged the transfers to and from the airport, and on the way we took the recommendation to stop at the grocery store and stock up, so we made breakfast every morning before heading to the beach. The location is a a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, while being able to relax in absolute quiet and security in the condo. We will be coming back to West Gate when we return to Roatan.

I totally recommend Kelly’s place. She’s an amazing human being and I am very thankful to have met her and all her help. She went above and beyond to be responsive and helpful. Also, this is amazing location and place for you to reconnect with nature and spend amazing time with your family. Los to do and places to eat and have fun nearby!!

Our stay at this rental was very comfortable, exactly what we were looking for. Looks the same as the photos. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Hugo was a great host. He always answered quickly if we needed anything and was available to help us with anything at all. He went out of his way to help us get into a better car because the first one was not exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this rental , and Hugo of course 😊 Thank you so much!

The condo was very nice with great ocean views, being located right on iron shore. Great to watch the ship traffic during morning coffee or evening sun downers. Location is ideal - in a nice peaceful residential neighborhood, but only a 5’ walk to the shops/restaurants/bars of west end. Also, there are some places that are even closer (Stowaway, Paolo’s, Loretta’s). Definitely no need for a car (unless you plan on heading to the east end of the island…). Kitchen is well set up. Highlight for me was the multiple coffee prep methods (moka pot, French press, drip). Awesome to have a good cup of coffee while watching the cruise ships go by in the morning.

El apartamento es muy acogedor, se encuentra en una zona tranquila, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Edil y Suyapa fueron muy atentos y hubo una muy buena comunicación durante nuestra estancia. Sin dudarlo volvería y lo recomendaría.

This is a beautiful area it is not directly in the beach but there is beautiful scenery. I am fortunate enough to have rented a vehicle for my stay I did have to have help finding the home from the nice employe at Kristie's over look right up the road. It was right next to the church I just didn't realize and there are no street signs so you're aware of this obstacle. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. on the second week she was nice enough to clean and change sheets and left me a yummy little banana bread surprise. The kitchen worked well I was able to have a fresh cold shower daily if I chose there is no hot water even on hot days as they utilize a solar water heater. I did love using the hammock on the porch it was wonderful. I do hope to post a few pictures of the gazebos at the top of the hill for land markers to notice where to turn into the housing development it is the second one for future guest usefulness.

Casa Namule was a perfect place for us to stay at. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth with no surprises. Always very responsive and helpful. We were a short walk to the beach and to the Clearwater Adventures Dive Shop (excellent shop). We really enjoyed the ability to walk to West Bay and West End from the nearby beach. There were restaurant options nearby. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend this place. Until next time!!!

We stayed 8 nights. I highly recommend this place. Great location. Beach is 2 blocks. Many restaurants are in walking distance. This Airbnb has a lot of character. High ceilings and ceiling fans help with cooling. AC's in every room cooled the place easily. Huge front porch with furniture and grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Caroline was responsive to all of our needs and questions. Good value for money.

Our stay was perfect! This was our first international trip with our kids, and we were able to take grandma and grandpa with us as well, and this house was such an amazing fit. plenty of space for everyone to have their individual spaces to spread out and get comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids (3 and 5 yrs) - I saw them grow and become more confident swimmers in that pool. The neighborhood is quiet, but a 5 minute walk from the main street of West End and the beaches. Great restaurants available right next door, a dive shop basically right next door. Caroline was so responsive throughout the trip and definitely proactive with so much information about the area. She also connected us with a taxi driver who was very accommodating and wiling to take us anywhere throughout the trip. We were just blown away with how easy this trip felt and cant be more thankful.

A quiet place to stay in West End. The dock was handy - we hired a local boat captain to take us snorkeling and he came right to the dock to pick us up. The pool is cold and refreshing. A restaurant on either side of the condo when you don't feel like walking the 4-5 minutes into West End. Fresh drinking water and ice was plentiful. We ran the AC every night to cool the place off. Unless the front door is open, the breeze doesn't go through. The bedroom by the front door was stuffy - hence the oscillating floor fan. Altogether quite pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caroline’s place at Mangrove Dock Condos in West End. The location is ideal, with everything you want in West End being a very short walk (5’), but far enough away that you don’t hear any of the nightlife. Cafe de Paolo is right next door, and is a great source of breakfast if you don’t feel like making it. Other great choices very close by include Stowaway Gastrobar and Loretta’s Island cooking. But, the thing that really the location ideal is its eastward facing patio, which brings the tradewinds and makes it quite cool/comfortable. It feels significantly cooler than other parts of West End. In fact, with the MBR having a screen door to the patio, i was able to sleep 11/14 nights without AC. The condo itself is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is really a wonderful place to stay for a family, or a small group - close to everything in West End, and at the same time quite peaceful.

Muy contentos con el apartamento, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo, siempre estaba un guardia cuidando los apartamentos. La ubicación es excelente, está a pasos de la hermosa playa de West Bay, además quedan tiendas, farmacia, restaurantes cerca, así que es fácil encontrar lugares para abastecerse. La atención fue excelente desde antes de reservar, contestaron nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar, también nos dieron consejos de dónde comprar y la persona para transportarnos. El apartamento es lindo como en la fotos y súper amplio, tuvimos una estancia cómoda, sin duda, volvemos a regresar!

We had an incredible stay with our three children ages 2,6 and 8. Kelly could not have been more warm and responsive and made us feel like our kids and their noise weren’t a problem. The pool area was perfect. Location so peaceful, yet so close to amazing restaurants beach and snorkeling but more than anything 10/10 hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt so safe and at home. They even offered to drive my husband to the clinic when he had an eye issue. Organised a daytrip for us and generally were so warm and accommodating which felt so nice and made us feel at ease with our kids away from home.

The condo was fantastic. Super clean, comfortable beds, large balcony space. The location of the condo was great and we enjoyed being on the second floor so we could hang wet towels, swimsuits, etc out to dry in the breeze. Mark was incredibly responsive answering questions about the condo as well as specific questions I had about the off beach snorkeling. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the snorkeling right off the infinity bay beach was unreal. Counting the days until we can come back!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Serenity by the Sea! The condo was clean and comfortable with all we needed. It was the perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants and activities at West End. The owners were attentive, responding promptly to all questions/concerns from booking through our stay. We also enjoyed time at the pool and meeting others staying at the Villas. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay in West End!

Buen lugar para descansar en familia y bonito .carolina muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades respondía inmediatamente a todo lo que se necesitaba a pesar de que habian algunos inconvenientes en la casa ya q faltaban algunas cosas pero dio solución a ello .

We absolutely loved this condo. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle to have a nice quiet day at the beach but also close to everything. We walked to Las Rocas for happy hour next door and ate dinner there many nights. Connie, the property manager, was very helpful. She booked our airport transportation and excursion transportation for us as well. Definitely wear bug spray. We used the bug bands and had minimal issues. The beach was beautiful. I would recommend a glass bottom boat tour with snorkeling from Franklin with Roatan Coral Reef. We saw turtles, sting rays, jelly fish, and more.

Absolute perfection. The swimming and snorkeling was fantastic. Easy walk to town. Private beachfront. Very clean house with everything you could need. Boat taxi pickup is easy from here. Lots of fish by the pier, even starfish. Pool isn't always cool since the temps are so high but still nice to have fresh water to swim in. Security at night makes you feel safe in an already safe place. The rooftop pool isn't ideal for younger kids since it has a rough texture. Spectacular views from up top!!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay. Outstanding views, comfortable apartment. Well stocked with amenities. Can’t even think of a suggestion. Easy walk into town. Felt extremely safe. Wonderful restaurants, bars etc. The sound of the ocean will put you to sleep. Great pool. Can’t say enough. Shout out to Salome for the pickup at the airport and stop at the grocery store. Her knowledge of the island and kind personality helped make it a fantastic stay. We’ll be back. Perfect getaway in paradise.
