Close to downtown Bradenton, IMG, Riverwalk, Manatee Memorial Hospital and Anna Maria Island. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and the pull-out sofa converts to a comfy queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. Kitchen table seats 6 with leaf inserted. Laundry room is off carport. Large fenced in back yard with patio.
