Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughters 21st birthday celebrations with family. She is a stately home fan and this house was like a mini one! We all had a lovely weekend and Penny was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you for use of your beautiful house!

Allan went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit our son studying in Nottingham. It was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was properly equipped. We would highly recommend it.

An excellent place to say and great communication from Cara. On-site parking made arrival and unloading really easy, and it's a relatively short walk into East Leake centre where there are plenty of amenities.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

I’d placed an order for a special meal to arrive, but hadn’t left enough time to have it arrive at home before leaving, Joanna was kind enough to allow the package to arrive on the day of our stay, she even unpacked it for us and placed in the fridge. Friendly welcome, beautiful little place for a couple of nights away. Everything you could need for a stay. Milk, bread, butter, eggs and jam all waiting for our arrival. What a fantastic spot! The location is perfect for getting around the peaks and the setting couldn't be more peaceful. Being surrounded by farm animals and just a few other properties makes this the perfect place for undisturbed R&R. The house itself was exactly what we could have hoped for - if anything, the photos undersell it; it's a fantastic space and perfect for a couple. Everything was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you could want for those who prefer to cook at home, the bathroom is fab, (the shower is very powerful and just what you want after a long day walking, cycling or general exploration), and the living space is so light and homely. Mandy is the perfect host - she is super friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more. Her neighbours are also so sweet and accommodating - it was a delight interacting with everyone. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be staying again. We loved it. .

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

A lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The balcony is a fantastic bonus, offering a nice spot to relax. Lewis was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
