Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.

We offer amazing amenities like plush bed & linens, array of coffee and teas and goodies, 50" flat screen smart tv for watching movies after a day of fun in Geneva. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. It is a basement soace so ceilings are lower than average home.

Enjoy your stay at the Train Conductor’s Cottage! Welcome to our charming home in a family neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away from the Metra train to Chicago & from West Chicago's authentic Mexican restaurants. We are close to Wheaton College, North Central College, Dupage Airport, and Central Dupage Hospital. Rest and relax in a queen bed, full bed, two twin beds, two full bathrooms, spacious children's play area. Amazon Fire stick, WiFi, TV. “All aboard!”

“The remote retreat”

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!

Our river retreat is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom gem within blocks of the downtown St. Charles area including parks, restaurants, bars & entertainment. One block from the fox river & pedestrian/biking trail. The sweetest little neighborhood offers you the comfort of home while being close to everything you could desire during your stay! The neighboring town Geneva is a short 5 min drive and has plenty to offer as well!

The Tailor's Loft, 1 bdrm apt. in Downtown Geneva

The Tailor's Loft is located right the the heart of historic downtown Geneva and is walkable to dozens of unique restaurants and shops. This apartment has been completely renovated in a fresh modern style. It is a great space for a couples getaway, girls weekend or extended stays. High ceilings and open floorpan with separate king-size bedroom. In unit washer/ dryer. Easy walk to the Geneva train station (0.5 miles).

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
