Quiet, peaceful garden setting. A great little find.

We had a fantastic stay here for a couple of nights. The setting was beautiful and Michele was kind enough to let us explore the stunning garden and enjoy some of her home grown veg. The welcome couldnt have been warmer. The accommodation was clean and cosy and was perfect for us and our two small children. A perfect alternative to staying in Tekapo. We would loved to have stayed longer. Would strongly recommend this place to others.

Robyn and Peter were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Their lovely unit was clean, comfortable, and warm, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. I especially appreciated Robyn's flexibility with our very late check-in. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit this beautiful city

We loved this cute cottage. Owners had the heating on for us. Much nicer than phots suggested and wonderfully quiet as at the back of owners home. We were expected street front from the photos so it was a lovely surprise. Wished we stayed more than a night as Geraldine is so lovely.

This is a lovely and very functional place with a laundry and hot tub! Linda and Vicky both are great hosts. We'd go back in a flash.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was super clean and there was lots of space. The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day!

Jo was a friendly, wonderful hostess, offering to drive us to the International Antarctic Centre and giving us shopping recommendations.There are lots of Ubers in the vicinity and getting into the city was easy. We dined at Spice Paragon and Cassel's at the Tannery, both great choices. Jo has a cat named Ella (I think) and she is friendly as well. This spot is walkable to the Merivale shopping area and also to Riverside Market if you really want to stretch your legs.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre court séjour; Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps! Hôtes très flexible, nous sommes arrivé tard dû au voyagement et Rhod y était pour nous accueillir. Nous nous sommes senti tout de suite à l’aise. Belles attentions de la part des hôtes; mot d’accueil, petit déjeuner, article pour enfant 👌🏻 nous avons été charmé! Merci encore

The accommodation was clean and beautiful, with well-divided sections, allowing us to rest from the fatigue of travel on the first day we arrived. The house is located a bit far from the city center, about a 5–10 minute drive, but it is close to a shopping mall. A minor drawback is that the house has flies, so we couldn’t keep the windows open for fresh air for long.

Cute little private room, host was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. Place was very tidy and had all the amenities needed. Views from window were gorgeous - host said snow lands around deck during winter 🫶

A peaceful well-appointed cottage surrounded by picturesque mountains and farmland. Muesli, yoghurt and chocolates etc were a lovely homely touch. And the 4 ducks - hilarious! Geoff was a friendly host. Thank you

Jim and Mary were lovely hosts and accommodated for all our needs. The place is tranquil and beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Of the practical stuff: a comfortable mattress, good pillows, great shower pressure, quiet. It looks better than the photos. It's close to town where you will find great cafes, restaurants, and shops. In case you are planing to cook, basic meals are easy. I would stay here again.

loved this spot. it was peaceful and very comfortable. its a little walk from the parking so if you have a lot of heavy luggage that could be tough. the outdoor tub was great. would have loved to stay longer. would definitely recomend to friends.

Zelda’s place was amazing! Extremely clean and felt very homely. There’s also 2 supermarkets nearby so we could do our grocery runs easily. My kids loved the space! The night sky is amazing too! ✨ Zelda was a warm and helpful host as well! She’s super friendly with my kids, really appreciated it 😊

I had a multi week stay and it was very comfortable with a full kitchen, the place is very cool, and so are the hosts! highly recommend.

Stunning spot just outside Greymouth with unbeatable views of the Tasman Sea- especially breathtaking at sunset. The place was spotless, stylish, thoughtfully designed and super comfortable—perfect for a peaceful escape. The hosts were lovely and full of local tips. Will absolutely stay again and can’t recommend it enough!

Very clean apartment with all the amenities you could need, a well stocked kitchen. Kirsten was friendly and gave us recommendations of walls nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was one of our favourite stays on our ten day road trip around the South Island! We arrived and were immediately impressed with the thoughtfulness and lovely presentation of the place. It felt very private despite being right next to the main residence. It was warm, comfortable and very tidy. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next morning to get on the road so couldn’t make the most of the surrounding area but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Farm view was lovely, and the jacuzzi was the perfect spot to unwind at any hour. Anjela and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home—thoughtful touches, friendly conversation, and top‑notch hospitality throughout. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and great hosts!

We had a lovely night's stay at Christines air b n b. Arrived to a clean and tidy place, prewarmed place with welcome treats. would have been perfect for the hot air ballooning we had booked which didn't happen due to the weather. A great spot for star gazing though with no light pollution for miles. Thanks Christine

Deborah's cottage was very luxurious and super clean. Greeted with a lit fireplace which was very welcoming. Amenities provided were top quality. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in during the last 6 weeks of our travels. Deborah was friendly and generous. She supplied us with fresh eggs and milk, real coffee, delicious cookies and even produce from her garden. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Was a great little stay for a couple of days. Would go for a stroll down the main street which was full of history great places to eat and lovely people. On those cold nights the fire place was great and really warmed the place up making it feel cosy and a true home away from home!

Jennifer place was amazing Cozy and comfortable very centre place for Lake tekapo and Mt cook. Nice restaurents near the house and supermarkets but closes by 8.30pm. The place was perfect with Heaters Netflix.
