Very comfortable well located and looked after - absolutely loved the extra long bath - what a treat! Also great to have off road parking for more than one vehicle - great value for money

La demeure est magnifique, spacieuse, très propre et parfumée. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont agréables et le coin salon est très bien aménagée. Le garage peut accueillir une petite voiture, si c'est une grande voiture genre van, il y a de la place à l'extérieur. Cadmiel a été très accueillant.

Great area and place, clean and wonderful views

Excellent air bnb, well appointed, great location and a fab place to stay in central Christchurch. Hosts were communicative, caring and met all our needs. Great value for the money.

We loved staying in Andrea's Airbnb! There was plenty of space for our family of 5, the layout was nice, kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped, and - perhaps the highlight for us - the wood-stove/fireplace right there in the dining area. What a joy to eat dinner after a cold day hiking in the mountains, right next to a roaring fire! It was very quiet at night, and the beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. It was only about 50 minutes drive to Mt Cook, and for us was a much better option than trying to stay at the park itself. Twizel was a nice little town with peaceful streets, some very nice restaurants, a Foursquare grocery store (very handy for stocking up before the hikes), and what we found especially cool was the food-trucks near the town park that sold all kinds of delicious foods which we took home for dinner. I wouldn't even give it a second thought: if we're in the area again in the future, THIS is where I will want to stay. Thanks Andrea!

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the apartment is very well located and has great views of the city.

The place was incredibly clean on our arrival. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Loads of great Christchurch eateries and local attractions within walking distance. Instructions from the host were excellent and covered all the details really well, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would happily book again.

We loved our stay at Rachel’s, it was the perfect re-set during our South Island roadtrip. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cozy and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!

Jemima is a lovely host. We enjoyed our stay at her place so much that we would definitely book with her again if we visit Christchurch in the future. She provided detailed check-in instructions, and her place had everything we needed — from toiletries to cutlery. The area was quiet and private, and the provided parking space was exactly what we were looking for.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The place is extremely well insulated so we didn’t have to touch the aircon at all. It also keeps out most of the traffic noise. The bedroom did still have a bit of traffic noise so if you’re sensitive to that, take earplugs. The bed was firm but comfortable. It’s a beautiful walk to town via the park and river paths. It’s a beautiful place to be when you’re exploring Christchurch.

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and so quiet. In a great spot to access Hokitika. Sammi was a great host with great instructions and very helpful. If we go back to the west coast this is where we’ll stay.

Lovely clean space. It was great to have onsite parking but also within easy reach of lots of things in the central city. There was plenty of kitchenware and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

I booked Jo’s place for my parents to stay when they came to visit from overseas. I could not have possibly found a more perfect home away from home for them. Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
