We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The Bungalow is a roomy, nicely renovated space easily accessed from rts 80/99. Only 25 min to State College & Altoona. Queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). A twin mattress is stored in the bedroom can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Walk in shower in bathroom. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck. Fully functional outhouse see pics.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Thanks Sher
