Three large bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Enjoy the sunset or the sunrise from the 1st or 2nd floor balconies or our gorgeous pier right outside the back door of the 1st floor deck. Take a pontoon boat along the shores of this great resort lake.

This cozy and well-appointed cabin is perfect for bird watchers, writers, or those looking to experience the serenity of the woods. The first floor has a large living/dining area with a sofa, dining table, modern, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. There’s a double size air mattress available upstairs. The downstairs contains a bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom. The cabin is 8 miles north of downtown St. Francisville and close to shopping, hiking and dining.

The Cabin at 3 V Tourist Court

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, tv, Wifi, small bathroom with a shower, original lavatory & fixtures in the bathroom. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Air conditioner and electric heaters. Restaurant onsite (Magnolia Cafe) hours Tuesday through Sunday 10am until 3 pm. Coffee shop onsite (Birdman). Come enjoy the historic motor courts with modern amenities!

This is our lovely cabin in the woods. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Tunica Trace, we are amongst some of the best cycling, birding, and hiking in the state. Our 41 acres boast a spring fed creek which runs year round through the tumbled down clay, sand, and loess of the toes of the Appalachians. Mixed native hardwood trees support a bevy of local wildlife.
