Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double & one queen sized bedroom, small sofa bed and delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. NB. Hayeswood Farm is set in the rolling hills of south Derbyshire. Our family moved here in 2024 and have a strong focus on sustainability, regenerating the land and creating a haven for wildlife. The farm is home to chickens, ducks, geese, horses and our three whippets and is a great place to see wildlife such as songbirds, hare, partridge, and fallow deer.
