Studio beach cottage experience in North Naples. Take one of the two complementary bicycles on an easy 15 min bike ride to the beautiful Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt beach. Just 3 miles from the popular Mercado shops, restaurants and theater. Prefer to walk? It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Private 2-room suite with bath, partitioned from the main house (like one side of a duplex), with two private entrances (front and backyard) and a separate driveway. Direct access to backyard gardens & pool. * Not recommended for guests who want to cook, since there isn't a full-sized kitchen but a small kitchenette with limited counter space. Great for grilling outdoors, since there's a gas grill with propane provided.

This unique, airconditioned, penthouse style space is all about the near 360 degree views covering both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean sea, capturing both Sunrise and Sunset. The private en-suite bathroom has an “open to the sky" shower and views across the lagoon. 100 steps take you down to safe swimming in the sea. Please note bookings for infants or children are not allowed due to the cliffside location, and access is via an open spiral staircase.
