This was our third visit with Neal and Ben. They are always very welcoming and friendly. They make one feel as though you are visiting an old friend and not just a BnB. We look forward to our next visit!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was fantastic every day and was accompanied by a note of encouragement for the day. Our suite was very nice and had a great bathroom. The shared kitchen and living space was nice and the roomates were quiet and kind. Neil and Charito were always interested in conversation despite their busy day. They were kind, responded to any questions we had, and really made us feel welcome. The hot tub was nice under the full moon on the cool evenings. We enjoyed Two Donkeys Bakery and Coop-A-Cino Coffee just down the road. Great location to head back into Kelowna or head South to Penticton and beyond. We would definitely stay here again! This is the best Airbnb we've rented and Amanda was always quick to respond! Amanda's place has just about everything you can imagine from spices to two coffee makers (Nespresso and a regular), even coming with a variety of chips and popcorn. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The second level is like a whole other apartment, with three bedrooms, kitchenette, and small living room. We didn't really use the downstairs theater room, but it did looking amazing. We hung out mostly on the first floor which had a huge frame smart tv along with a gas fireplace. The back yard is huge and amazing as it backs up to a lovely creek where you can watch the ducks. The yard is 90% fenced, but there is one small section that has some chicken wire that was coming down. I managed to prop it up so my small dogs could not get out. They loved running the length of the yard and exploring. We ate at the West Coast Grill and Sunny's (breakfast), both of which are not to be missed and close by.

Had a great stay. The place is spacious and clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Noreen is a very kind and caring host and she has given me great recommendations. Her place is not too far from downtown and is very clean and looks as it was in the pictures. I would 100 percent recommend Noreen’s place for staying.

We stayed during the off season, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside amenities. Spectacular views - would be a beautiful place to spend some time on the decks. Private and spacious.

The carriage house was a wonderful place to spend five days in the Okanagan Valley. The house is cozy, but incredibly well organized, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to store belongings and relax. The views from inside and out on the deck are wonderful - if not for some rainy weather we would have spent more time out there. We mostly cooked in and found everything we needed, including helpful condiments from the hosts. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night (windows open). Bernadette and her husband are great communicators with lots of good suggestions for wineries, restaurants, hiking and more. And, the breakfasts she brings every morning are AMAZING - we have never had such an experience at a vacation rental. This was one of our top AirBnB stays and we highly recommend it (and Naramata is a great location too).

Denise and Tom are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful home with so many special touches! The charcuterie, board and breakfast they serve in the morning are gourmet! Our stay was very memorable and we hope to return one day!

Staying at Tom’s place was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect and very walkable. The space is beautiful and very clean. Tom is a great host who made us feel very welcome and his breakfasts were amazing. We would look forward to staying with Tom again!

Martin and Carmen’s place is a like a dream. The suite was spotless, beautifully laid out with an amazing view. The property was vast, stunning and everything you could hope for. Carmen was even sweet enough to put out decorations for my girlfriend’s birthday which we were celebrating. Autumn Lane will be a second home for us as often as Martin and Carmen will let us visit. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Book this place. Don't look elsewhere, just book it. If you're looking for a trip to Naramata and the Okanagan valley for wine tastings and the associated experiences this is *exactly* the place you need to book. Coffee in the morning overlooking the lake, and more than four dozen wineries within a 20 minute drive (please take a cab and don't drive drunk) you will be in absolute heaven. Charmian is an amazing hostess and the space gives an excellent feeling of privacy; have a coffee overlooking the lake in the morning and come back at dark o'clock for a sip of wine listening to the local birdsong.

Glennda was an amazing host during our stay in Summerland. Her and her husband were extremely welcoming and have created a wonderful space to stay. They both offered fun conversation while still making the environment feel private and quiet. The location is prime without being too far away from Penticton’s main city. Whether using as a base or relaxing by the pool, it’s an amazing place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay at Chrissy's place. The property offers breathtaking views of the lake creating a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast- fresh, beautifully prepared and presented, a perfect way to start the day. We would highly recommend this place and will come back on future trips to Kelowna.
