Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

Steve gave plenty of instructions about how to access the Air BnB before we even arrived but on top of that gave us step by step instructions over the phone upon our arrival of how to get the keys and get into the apartment itself. He was very knowledgeable about the area of Nottingham and suggested a few things we could do as a group of lads! Would 100% stay again!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Immaculately clean and comfortable small house on quiet road within walking distance to the Motorpoint arena (where we were attending an event)…info about the steep driveway are correct but it’s really a non-issue as there is loads of parking space on the road right outside the property and Sara provides a parking permit for one car if needed. Could not be easier and Sara is very helpful and almost instantly responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Cedar Place is a beautiful, welcoming home. It’s well equipped and comfortable in every respect- I was personally delighted to find a quality duvet protecter on my duvet, a touch I’ve seldom seen. The five of us made good use of the huge teapot during our stay. Becky provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. We would give Cedar Place 6plus stars if we could.

Where do I start! Absolutely fabulous place, a right gem! We were expecting good things from pictures/reviews prior to booking, but totally exceeded our expectations. Beautiful spotlessly clean, cosy, spacious comfortable house, in a beautiful, peaceful place. Luxury beds/furniture. Views stunning. Garden area gorgeous, especially lit up on a evening, very private, hot tub amazing! Barry is a perfect host, very attentive, on hand and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to all, perfect for our much needed 2 night break. Re charged and relaxed. We will return. Sam, Tony & Cassie & Gem x

Steve the host was very hands on with all the procedure. escorted us to the apartment and explained where everything was. Then with his local knowledge told us all the places for food and drinks. A really nice fellow and would book this place again.

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Was as an absolutely lovely accommodation, exactly as described! All instructions were very well explained and found the bnb very easily.

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍
