The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Mill Cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. 1 king double and 1 double. The cottage is hidden away in the corner of a beautiful garden and stands on its own with open views. There is a private entrance and car parking. It's located on the outskirts of Welton, 6 miles from the cathedral city of Lincoln. The cottage has a bath with shower over, open kitchen dining area and a lounge, ideal for a couple or small family. Outside is a summerhouse and garden furniture
