me and my fiance stayed just a few days and I didn’t want to leave! The space was even better than expected. Having almost everything you’d need to cook, plenty of towels, clean bedding. It was so clean and beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Felt just like home. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful as well. We will 100% be back!

What a great stay! The boat was even better. He was immediately responsive and accommodated extra when caught in a pinch. He was very communicative and helpful. The place was very comfortable for both us and the dogs. It felt like home! Would recommend to anyone.

Joseph was very responsive and always made sure we were comfortable in their home. Andersonville is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of local shops and restaurants just around the corner. We would highly recommend staying here!!

We went on a girls' weekend to Chicago, hree adults and three kids. The location felt very safe and was beautiful. We especially liked that we could pull up right at the door to unpack. We took public transportation and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. It might have been nice to be a little bit closer to downtown, but Thomas's place was so nice, iit made up for the little bit of extra travel time. We would definitely want to stay at Thomas's place again on our next trip to Chicago!

This is an absolute gem of a stay for Chicago! Keith's place and hospitality are tops! The location and host cannot be beat. The bnb is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, central to most things. We were able to easily find parking on the street and leave our car there the whole stay as we walked and took Uber to farther away spots. I highly recommend Truce Coffee and Cocktail Bar, a few blocks down from the stay. We also loved Electric Mud coffee. A little bit more of a walk, but worth it! The bnb itself was enchanting. We lovingly referred to it as the boujee bunker while staying. Everything was clean, comfortable, and you could hear ZERO noise from the street or people walking by. Plenty of local green space if traveling with your dogs, as we always do. We loved the open and efficient concept of the bunker as well. Wonderful use of the space and admirably decorated with an urban Chicago feel. A sublime stay for humans and their companions in Chicago!

Nicks place was perfect! We had a wonderful time and it was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to wrigleyville with so much to do. The space was beautiful clean and comfortable and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

2nd time staying at Sharleen’s place—wonderful experience! We like location, friendly and quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants. We would recommend to guests looking for a space in Roscoe. 🙂

The house was amazing and fancy I really liked it a lot

Kristen is an excellent host. The carriage house is exactly as pictured and described. There were so many little extras that Kristen provided. It’s like she thought of everything a traveler could possibly forget and provided it. The hand written thank you note, dark chocolate bar (that happened to be my husband’s favorite), disposable house shoes at the front door are just a few. The kitchen is fully stocked, and having 2.5 bathrooms in a two bedroom Airbnb is not easy to find. The house was very clean, and most importantly the beds were comfortable with nice linens. I was very impressed that the decorative pillows had removable covers, that lets me know they can be cleaned after each guest. Kristen was very polite and prompt in all her responses. We have definitely found our Chicago Airbnb.

The house looked just like the beautiful photos & Jay was incredibly responsive throughout the visit. This home is located close to 290 to go downtown or further out to the 'burbs quickly. We needed a home to stay last minute, and Jay was accommodating to that as well - we were happy to find this spot with all the space we needed inside and out. As a bonus, we met neighbors who were very friendly.

I think this was my fav Airbnb yet. Convenient, very clean and a great kitchen! My dog enjoyed the backyard and the neighborhood was nice. I misplaced the house keys and Joanna responded immediately and had a solution! Thank you so much for that!!!! Would love to stay again when we visit family next year.

Parking was easy, the space was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay! Michael was very responsive and helpful, and the neighbors were really nice. It was a great experience!

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

We enjoyed our stay. John works hard to offer the best experience to his guests. The place was super clean and welcoming. Photos are matching. Close to everything with UBER. Some restaurants are located in the block. I recommend this appartement.

Convenient stay right outside of the heart of downtown Chicago! Easy to drive into town for the day. Very comfortable beds and very clean as well. Would recommend

Although I did have the address and some information about the entrance way, the lock box for the keys was a tad difficult to figure out. A call to him and his prompt response helped me out. Talking with him on the phone helped me understand where the free parking spaces were (in a gated area) and how to access them. The smart lock box on the door of the "apartment" was confusing to me but I'm of a different generation. Another call to him, again with a prompt response, helped me out. The only complaints would be that the jet tub in my bathroom wasn't able to be used due to the nozzle not working to fill the tub and there was only one box of facial tissues on the fireplace mantle. For people with allergies, a box in each bathroom would have been a plus. My brother and I enjoyed our stay even though it was a tad noisy due to street noise but ... that's a downtown stay, I suppose.

Ariel was helpful when we had questions or encountered issues. The house was in a quiet neighbourhood and a short uber ride away to downtown Chicago.

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. We felt at home right away. There are lots of modern amenities and the location is great.

Such a great host, was so sweet and even dropped off some pastries for us!

Adrian’s condo was perfect! We had the most incredible stay! Gorgeous design, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, felt very safe, amazing communication, etc! So impressed! We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!
