This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.
