This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

its easy off the M5 but you need a car or taxi to get around. However these shops close by.

Lovely, clean property within walking distance of the Utilita Arena. Very comfortable bed and an amazing shower! Manraj was really lovely, super helpful and very proactive with communication. Rosaria was a very attentive host, and very responsive with communications. The location of the apartment was very peaceful, quiet but well linked to the main roads for travelling to local restaurants. The area itself is nice for country walks. The apartment itself was open plan, light, very clean and had plenty of equipment (I.e. Iron, iron board, hair dryers ect). Overall, a very pleasant stay! Regards, Jordan.

We had an amazing short stay at Jemma’s place over the bank holiday weekend. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable! The interior was stunning and looked just like the pictures. We had a great time! Jemma was also kind enough to let us check in almost 2 hours earlier. Thank you for a lovely stay Jemma!

Would highly recommend Vickys apartment. Perfect location for getting into city centre and watching gig at Utilita arena. Loads of nice bars in walking distance highly recommend the Italian 200m away from appt.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

This property was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute and I was actually quite sad when it was all over.
