I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Really lovely house with plenty of room for us all, 6 adults and 4 children. Very clean and everything we needed was there plus toys for the garden and the pool table etc in the garage. We all had a really great time and it was a good base for visiting local attractions.

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Отдельно хочу отметить постельное белье, белое, без пятен, приятная ткань. Даже полотенца подобраны по цвету. Часы на стене, это просто шедевр. Мы отмечали Новый год и жили неделю у Marzena. Когда сын увез ключи, она через 20 мин приехала и привезла нам дубликат, готова было даже елку нам привезти. А по приезду, нас ждала бутылочка вина. Очень хорошего. Marzena, спасибо большое, приехала как домой, где меня ждут и мне рады ♥️ Я обязательно к Вам вернусь и буду всем рекомендовать Ваше жилье

Great place to stay. Semi-rural with sunny outdoor deck overlooking countryside views. Spacious lounge and bedroom. Quiet, clean and modern, yet cosy and comfortable. Right across from Fairlawns Hotel for meals and spa. Walking distance to shops in Aldridge.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

I come regularly to training events at the arena and tried many other places but none of them have stood out as much as this. It's private location is perfect for me as a solo traveller and only 10 minutes walk to the arena saving me paying expensive car parking charges at the events I attend. I also love to stay healthy and prepare my own food, so close proximity to a supermarket/convenience stores is a huge plus. Due to the length of my journey, being close to a reasonably priced petrol station and having off road parking were also big ticks for this location. The hosts are fantastic at communicating with you from booking to check-in to check-out providing clear instructions. Gifting guests a home away from home, with the basics of tea, coffee, milk and chilled water and a well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was supremely comfortable and it provided a cosy place to stay which I thoroughly recommend and will be using again! Thank you 🙏

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Paul’s place. Comfortable furniture and squeaky clean. Will definitely stay again when visiting friends in the area.

A pristine apartment in an ideal location for exploring Coventry. Safe easy access car parking on site. Well equipped with plenty of space and even a balcony. A clear video gave exact easy to follow instructions for access and Ana was very supportive when messaging when we found it difficult to locate on arrival. V convenient local shops for breakfast goods. We would happily come back to explore Coventry more.

Andra’s place was great. She was a really helpful host and the flat was clean & bright & just what we were looking for.
