Beautiful little house with everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. The place was warm and comfortable, Sarah even changed the TV to a Smart tv before our arrival which was fantastic! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were so comfortable. We also made full use of log burner during our stay, lovely cosy evenings sat next to the fire! The dogs loved exploring the enclosed garden, and was really handy having a side entrance so you could access the garden without having to walk through the house. Parking was fine and managed to park right outside the property. Highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back in the near future! Really enjoyed the stay. The property has a lot of character and is very comfortable. It is well situated for the town centre, yet in a peaceful location. Parking was easy.

We had a fantastic stay at river view cottage. The photos didn’t do it justice, and it was even better when we arrived than we had expected. Parking was incredibly easy with loads of spaces on the road outside, and Ian sorted the parking permit for us before we arrived. The property was over 3 floors, which we hadn’t realised beforehand but we actually preferred this as we had expected the sofabed to be in the same room as the kitchen, and it was nice that it was separate and not on the ground floor. For a small property it felt surprisingly spacious! We were really impressed and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Can’t say enough nice words about our stay in Stratford at #23. The house is exactly what you’d expect from the description and pictures on the App, if not better in real life. It’s location is excellent - 2x parking spaces that are free and allow you to park up and walk to and from all the great local amenities and attractions. During our stay we walked to and from the racecourse, the town centre and the theatre. The house is super sociable, we got an amazing takeaway delivered to the property on night one - no hassle. We lifted some groceries locally and made great use of the kitchen and dining space which flows lovely out to the garden space. The bedrooms are all equally excellent and not a dud room amongst them. Bed linen and duvets and mattresses all high quality and make that difference. Jess is truly a super host - if you stay here go round the corner to the pub on Bull Street, it’s worth it

Lovely cottage which felt like a home from home. Excellent location, did not use the car once it was parked, Stratford Centre and Anne Hathaway's house were all walkable. Mirren was really helpful in giving advice about parking our second car.

For anyone looking for a home away from home. This is for you! Seyi was a great host who was great with communications about our needs. Very clean and very close to town with great access to transportation and Uber stops. I hope y’all enjoy your stay as much as my family and I did. ✨

We spent 2 nights over a weekend at the property and were delighted at the accomodation. It is clean, light, spacious and comfortable. Despite being so close to the city centre it was quiet and tucked away. We managed to park right outside. Everything was as described and we will definitely look to book again next time we visit the city.

The accommodation is absolutely fantastic. Me and my wife felt at home from home. All the facilities you would get in a luxury accommodation are available to use. Cosy, comfortable and relaxing are just some of the words I would use to describe. Dotun the host has been an absolute star, his communication and round the clock support has been superb. Neighbours are very helpful and pleasant. I would say both the acoomodation and the host Dotun are an asset for Airbnb. Highly recommended. 5 stars for accommodation and 5 stars for the host!

Clean house, just like the photos. The area is a little noisy, but we were out most of the time, so wasn’t too bad. Good communication with host.

Nice quiet location and the house is well maintained. Showers are both great provided you don’t run everything at same time.

Enjoyed my stay here. The house is situated on a quiet street and is bigger than it looks from the outside, having three floors, with guests having their own bathroom. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The house is fitted out in modern fashion and is very clean. Bed was extremely cosy. Harborne high street is about 15 mins walk away and is one of the nicer parts of Brum, with lots of shops and restaurants, plus direct buses to Birmingham city centre. Overall can recommend it 👍🏼
