The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

The home can comfortably sleep 6 adults plus one extra if you convert the living room couch to a bed. It comes with a 75 inch smart TV in the living room and a 65 inch in the master bedroom. Many amenities essential for maximum comfort are present.

The cabin is private and is located on a shared acre with other employee housing. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me. I have asked the county to possibly pave the road and charge all property owners on property taxes, but will not.
