A great find in a great location. If you’re after direct access to the beach and a short drive ( or walk for the energetic ) to a number of great pubs and restaurants then this is the place. The coffee hut round the corner was perfect for refreshments and snacks and Garden is a beautiful sun trap. Loved the games and ping pong, decor is cozy and stylish. It was our first time in Herne Bay and Angela’s apartment was just perfect. Amazing sea views and so near the town too. Great location. The apartment is even better than the pictures. It is very tastefully designed with everything top of the range. Angela is a great host too, her communications were excellent. My daughter and I had the best time and we will definitely be back soon.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Sarah and Marks beautiful property to celebrate a friends significant birthday. The house was one of the best air bnb's we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or wished for was there. The house is beautifully decorated, supremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet location with far reaching Sussex countryside views. We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Sarah who were around should you need anything but not intrusive. We can't thank them enough for having us to stay into their stunning home, everything was just perfect. Thank you also for the generous gifts of wine, eggs, birthday cake with candles, local jam, milk and the happy birthday banner, all of which were much appreciated. Thank you so much.

We had a truly wonderful retreat at the ÖÖD House the design of the house is incredible—being inside feels both cosy and luxurious, yet you’re completely immersed with nature. Watching the birds, ducks, and other wildlife so closely was such a special experience. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, it didn’t affect us at all. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect—hot and relaxing. We also had a lovely barbecue and spent time feeding the fish right from the deck. There were plenty of them, and they would come right up to be fed—it was surprisingly therapeutic and calming. Overall, this was a very unique and memorable stay. we enjoyed our time and would definitely love to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay literally right on the beach. The uninterrupted sea views were stunning. Spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend
