Up the spiral staircase is a pretty kingsize bedroom with quality linen & towels, & an ensuite shower room. It is used by the owners as a holiday home.

With parking for at least 2 cars, Sheringham and Cromer are a short drive away.

The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
