We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

beautiful surroundings, extremely clean and fresh cottage, equipped with everything needed for a great stay. hosts Dave and Sue are lovely people extremely friendly and welcoming. fresh bread and little Easter eggs were a lovely arrival gift. was great to sit by the river surrounded by wildlife and a beautiful private garden and patio area. deffently would stay again. thankyou to Dave and Sue for making our Easter weekend a great getaway.

The house was perfect with plenty of space for the family. Great communication from Michelle. I had a few questions and everything was responded to with clear instructions. Lovely village feel to the immediate area.

This lodge is fabulous, on the waterfront, with kayaks in a marina development. The interior is beautifully finished and lots of helpful accessories provided saving hassle - bin liners, dishwashwr tablets etc. The bbq and firepit were favourites of mine, made it seem like the great parts of a camping trip, getting away from it all and fun downtime but with 5* accomodation for comfort. A lot of care has gone into the design and presentation of the home including a beautifully planted garden.

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

We had a lovely few days at the property , felt like home and just what we needed for a relaxing break. Tom was a great host and responded very quickly if we had a query . We would highly recommend and would be happy to stay at the property again in the future

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing but which is situated in a great location for visiting kings Lynn, and the North Norfolk coast. The master bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground level so this worked well for us as our teenagers had the mezzanine level. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the annexe is at the bottom of the owners garden with views into the woods. Great for dog walking and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Comfy beds and a hot good size shower. We appreciated the little extras, eg cereals, milk, dog treats and blankets for the sofa. Thank you Lorraine for being such an accommodating host. I am really sorry that we forgot to remove the dog poo from the garden 🙈

Stayed for 4 night with my son. The place had everything we needed fot out stay. Was a lovely little place, so cosy and comfortable. Gurd was great, very helpful. Would definitely book again

I went there with my wife for her birthday and spent a couple of nights. The place is very serene. Apartment is impeccable and felt like home. The spa staff is awesome. They even helped me plan a surprise for my wife. The host is also very helpful and responsive.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Absolutely faultless - from booking to departure. Heidi was super informative, responsive and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Location perfect for exploring everything Cambridge has to offer, with the added bonus of bus routes, supermarkets and access to national food delivery apps. The standout of the stay for us was the place itself - every room was just beautiful. The pictures do not do this place justice….it really is like a luxury home from home (and the bread, butter & milk were just so sweet but welcomed! One piece of advice - just book!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to support us with anything we needed. The place was spotless and very well-maintained, with a lovely river view and a small garden—perfect for a small family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

We spent two nights and it was great. Very cosy and welcoming. Jessica was very kind and provided the information that we needed. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who desires a quiet and peaceful environment. This place ticked all the boxes for us. Thanks so much Jessica.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

This was a lovely place for our two families to get together for Mother’s Day . Host very friendly and let us have a later check out since the clocks had leapt forwards.

The barn conversion is lovely, very clean and open space. Great place to go and relax. Only small thing, if you have a dog with you, there isn't any outdoor space that is secure, or anywhere private to sit outside. The barn is in a good location and around 10-15 minutes from most places. overall, lovely stay. Couple are friendly and responsive when you need anything.

A lovely place to stay, and the boating lake was magical. As a caveat, the garden is shared and a little more overlooked than the pictures suggest, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We were looking for a couple of nights away to unwind, enjoy peaceful walks with our dog, and soak in beautiful surroundings — and Henry’s place delivered on every level. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Henry’s place to anyone seeking a relaxing and restful getaway.
